Not my usual company of purchase but very impressed …
I usually purchase from another company but I could not get my normal stock. I decided to try Glass Pebble as I wanted my stock for my customer on the following Friday. It was very competitive prices and it was easy to order. They have yet to arrive but I have had notification they are on the way.

No customer service!
I've emailed a few times, called and left message.....no response. No tracking number sent to say order been sent and I ordered item a week tomorrow. Needed these for my craft class in the morning. Pay a decent amount for delivery when supposed to be delivered within 3 to 5 days. Yet no tracking and haven't been informed of it even being sent.

5 days after I am told that collection…
5 days after I am told that collection has been requested by Yodel it still hasn't been collected and delivery is not expected until 27th May, another 5 days away. Given that a premium delivery fee is charged this is ridiculous and certainly not competitive. Whether or not I ever receive my order I will not use this appalling company again.

The sand I order is good but a bit pricey so I dont order it very often. But always happy with the quality.

The main reason is the brilliant service and communication. If something is out of stock, you have a phone call to advise and usually a suggestion for an alternative. It's almost a personal service they adhere to and one that is very welcome in the age we live in, where most sellers act like they're doing you a favor.
I'll keep buying here as you can't beat the attention to detail
