Whenever there is a problem I get a personal phone call from one of the employees. Always friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Very very helpful

Ordering payment and delivery all no problems, unfortunately not quite as expected 99% of the glass balls are the smaller end of the size scale, meaning they fall through our orchid pot’s drainage holes. However all is not lost as we will find a use for them.

Some of my order wasn't immediately available, so Philippe rang me to ask whether I'd like to wait for the complete order, receive a partial order with the rest to follow, or receive a partial order and a refund for the missing items. I really appreciated the call, as it meant I could plan my work, knowing what materials I'd have available.

The delivery was a bit slow following my payment but all good once they arrived.

I'm delighted with this purchase. The pebbles were as described. There was a slight difference in the coating of the pebbles and Customer Service rang to let me know and to confirm that I still wanted to go ahead with the order. Very pleasant and professional. Would definitely buy again from them and also recommend to anyone who wishes to purchase from them.

i've been ordering from the business for nearly a decade now and they have the best customer service ive ever experienced. If there is ever an issue with any of my orders, the owners themselves have called me PERSONALLY to let me know and always offer alternative workarounds (fragrances out of stock, offering other suggestions, sorting out alternative delivery options if there are delays etc.); not to mention the incredible prices which are far more affordable than any other place I had previously brought from. I couldn’t recommend the business enough! 10/10!

Great quality wanted these as a help for the smaller birds using our bird bath they create a nice shallow area for them and hopefully be much easier to keep clean than the small rocks we have at present

Ordered some glass beads 2 packs 2KG because they were discounted. Got charged twice. Basically, for 4 KG. Yodel has informed me they only have 1 small item I tried to contact company rang them went straight to recorded message Just leave a message they will get back to me. Still no response. Still no reply from them, I shall have to contact my bank if items are not as stated on the order.

I usually purchase from another company but I could not get my normal stock. I decided to try Glass Pebble as I wanted my stock for my customer on the following Friday. It was very competitive prices and it was easy to order. They have yet to arrive but I have had notification they are on the way.
