Very very pleased with this company.We we’re kept updated about the delivery and when it arrived two men carried it into our bedroom and installed it.It looks beautiful and the mattresses are so comfy.I would strongly recommend this company I am sure you will not be disappointed.Chris Haime

Awful company awful own brand products at premium prices.

Excuses are their default they like to blame everyone else for their problems.

Terrible admin 2 months after a cancelled order they tried to get a direct debit to pay for it when they had the product as it was returned under distance selling rules. Their excuse it was an error as they were cancelling the order on their system despite issuing a refund of what was paid when it was returned 2 months ago.

They don’t care about people just cash. Their own brand wheelchairs are dangerous they can’t cope with slight chambers on pavements with slowing to a crawl.

Awful just awful. Avoid and buy elsewhere you’ll get less excuses and a product that’s fit for purpose.

Received a delivery today from glebe healthcare of a reclining swivel chair very surprised at the versatility to include five different body massages of various intensity also an internal heater a separate footstool which also includes a massager very pleased with this product Brian Norfolk

Great help and advice to make sure I get the perfect product. I am now mobile and out and about independently and having fun!

Superb service and very competitive price when purchasing my Autofold Executive Luxury scooter.
Very well designed scooter that has all the extra useful features included in the standard price. The only complaint is “the pigeon English instructions” which are also missing some useful information

BIG MISTAKE
They have taken our money and have not fulfilled our order, no contact, no explanation, no update since December 2022

Tara was beyond brilliant helping me get the best recliner chair. She is very knowledgable and compassionate about physical conditions that need to be accommodated. We had two conversations on the phone, during which it was obvious that she really cared and wanted to help get the best chair for me - which was the Pride chair which goes the flattest. Excellent price for the quality of this chair. I was kept up to date about when my delivery would come, which was within days, as they had it in stock. If only all shopping was like this!

Their website is easy to use and they offer free next day delivery.
The help desk responded promptly when I reported my item had not been delivered when expected and it arrived early the following morning. I suspect the problem had been with the DPD system but my experience indicates that Glebehealthcare give excellent customer support when needed.

Bought an Pride Jazzy Air 2 in 2020.
Few problems with it in first year. Always sorted out quickly with parts and Technicians.

The site said no stock but would welcome enquiries. So I did, mainly because it was the cheapest place for the wheelchair I wanted, (we couldn't get any help financially). Tara got back really quick and could get us one. Ordered Thursday and was here Saturday morning. Faultless. Thank You.
