I have always been pleased with cleans from Gleem but Andrea went to the next level. The job that she did was exceptionally thorough.

I used to work for this company there…
I used to work for this company there awful they don’t reply too your messages, they don’t speak to there staff with respect and they underpay quite a lot of the time. Never seen anything like it
This business model of this company is…flawed
This business model of this company is to quote you a service, then insist you pay up front and then they try to give you the minimum service possible. If you have any problems, they then do not answer any emails.
I paid £280 for a deep clean for a 6 bedroom house. I received only one cleaner for 8 hours of cleaning time (£35/hr). The cleaner was great, but only managed the ground floor. My subsequent emails were not answered.
No evidence of any cleaning done
Hired Gleem to do a deep clean on an already pretty clean kitchen so were paying them good money for an easy job but it was part of a rental agreement for new tennants. On inspection I could find no real evidence that they had done any cleaning. The edges of the floor were still grubby and the rings on the cupboard shelves from cleaning products were further evidence they hadn't been touched. The area below the wall mounted boiler had also not been touched.
All in all an absolute waste of money

What a lucky escape now I’ve done some more research.
Been offered something much more realistic but the way the owner dealt with this was atrocious and thankfully my instincts stepped up to the mark.
If the cleaning quality is anything like the communication quality then steer well clear!
I’ll do my best to spread the word !
An absolute disgrace
An absolute disgrace. I received a refund in December 2016 as a goodwill gesture due to the poor quality clean of my one bedroom flat, for which I had paid £30. The cleaner stayed less than 45 minutes which is in no way adequate time for one cleaner to vacuum and clean the property, and didn't even clean the kitchen sink. Today, August 2017 I received notification that Gleem had charged my credit card for this clean. I have email confirmation of the refund. How dare they charge my card 8 months later?! This is completely unlawful.
When I had complaints they were quick to refund the cost of the clean (at the cleaner's expense, I found out - they pay their cleaners a fraction of the total charge that you pay them, and dock them yet more if there's poor feedback) instead of feeding back requests for improvement to ensure the customer gets a better service.
For the same price I had two cleaners for a full hour cleaning from a local company and doing a far superior job. AVOID like the plague. The letting agents in Bath have blacklisted this company for end of tenancy cleans which says all you need to know about the quality.
