Glideapps allows an incredibly fast start for developing new apps. It's not yet a full-blown platform, but it already has a lot of great possibilities.
I just regret that the use of customised CSS is only possible in the Business version that is way too expensive for a private app. I don't mind paying 20$/month or eventually 99$/month, but 249$ is not ok.
For the rest, I got the app life with its first screens and functionalities in 24h and 2 months later (having a full time job besides this) it has become an app we use daily for our healthy food approach, our menu of the week, calorie count, automated shopping list and everything you can wish for if you are the cook at home. With that first experience I'm now working on 2 new ideas. Another advantage of Glideapp, I don't make wireframes ... I make the life app immediately usable ... and build from there ... in direct connection with the future users.

Very easy to get started on the platform, build new skills and create apps that are useful.

3. Clear and specific paid packages suitable for many audiences
4. The free plan is great, helping users experience and want to upgrade to higher levels
5. Decentralize by activating the row owner

The best no coding platform I have used so far I love the experience and everything most especially after testing so many platforms alike I have realized none of them met my taste like glide.

There is a problem with another language besides English. I write in Hebrew. No fonts. It is not possible to increase or decrease. Problem with a period at the end of a sentence.

Glide makes it incredibly easy to develop and launch app concepts and workable prototypes very quickly.

Very simple-to-use app. Great community in the forum. Good overall experience.

Great experience to date. I came to Glide after trying many other 'low code' tools and applications. Glide was a real breath of fresh air, doing more than I needed in an easy, structured and logical way. It is a bit like a Russian Doll, the more layers you explore the more features you find, and it just keeps exceeding my expectations day by day. Looking forward to the forthcoming print / PDF plugin which will complete our application.

I was looking for an easy way t allow my event attendee check in without hassle, and I came across Glide when am about to go back to my old way of doing it.

This company is really helping people with app ideas but no experience of coding, like myself, to create useful digital interfaces to any spreadsheet. Surprisingly easy to learn even beyond the basics.

I have to sell SaaS. Its so much more profitable than one off consulting jobs. Make it easier for me to sell one app to 1000s of people, not just one.

I need longer to learn and build to get to monetization. As soon as it started charging and I wasnt ready to sell, I was gone.

Quick-ish response, nice tone, but problem not fully solved

First of all, Glide has an intuitive and very easy to use interface. Connecting the database from Google Sheet, Airtable or under Glide directly, allows me to change the operation of the apps according to the projects.
I was able to test a lot of ideas to get out of MVPs quickly without wasting time or money.
The possibility of developing several projects on the same interface is really a plus.
Moreover, the tool is incredibly easy to use with its drag-and-drop interface and the rendering is truly stunning.

Finally, the community is really active and many features can be added by reading the suggestions left by other users.

In short, I recommend Glide to everyone :-)

After I decided to replace Webflow with GLIDE, a very good Webflow but too long between the idea and the production because their templates did not suit me, because it was not the best idea to create something other than a non-application CMS, poor airtable biDir sync abilities, and finally because the DX they proposed in animation of anything is one of the worst DX I had ever encountered,
I am very enthusiastic about GLIDE DX:
- the handling ;
- the quality of the tutorials ;
- the learning process ;
- the simplicity of the workflow;
- Web Embed component:
It is the Web Embed Component that is far superior to anything I had experienced in third party products that offer it: the one from GLIDE is just perfect!

At the moment I am doing a lot of testing in the project 230130_15h10-... which I open almost every day but I'm excited to move on to creating the first project for my Image and Color Students.

* Why do I use the Embed Web Component so much?
Because it's the one that allows me to keep using my html/CSS/js skills when I reach the last step of the navigation at the end of a breadcrumb... to get the exact UI/UX that I want to reach.

++ Where is hosted the html/CSS/js that I ask Web Embed to render ?
In a Long Text field of airtable ! That's an idea that inspired me miniExtensions, which is on the way to be dropped at home.
++ And how do I access it with a URL ?
Transforming an airtable Long Text field containing html/CSS/js into a URL that must then be saved in an airtable Single lineText field to allow Web Embed to access it easily is a very good job for MAKE.com
By running a little MAKE.com scenario : Webhooks -> Airtable Get -> HTML Response !
And it works! Congratulations !
- suggestion for the future:
Skip the step of generating a URL for Web Embed by MAKE.com!
How to do it? As soon as an airtable Long Text field contains valid html/CSS/js, a new GLIDE component which could be called "html/CSS/js Render" should allow to access it in airtable without the URL generation step by MAKE.com
- conclusion : don't reduce Web Embed power, I would run away !
I will soon share with you my first App for my Students. ( Please expect several more weeks because I have to stop developing regularly to do my main job: Color Grading Instructor !)

Glide helped me connect the admin side with the ministry side of our new church. Administrators can update spreadsheets and ministry leaders can review contact information, call/email/text directly from the app without downloading contact info into their phones, and leave notes/comments that will benefit admin. It's a great place for an live/interactive church directory used internally by admin and ministry staff.

Helped me to run my work in a different way, thank you so much... the only issue that I face is that clients suffer a long time when they open the app till the material starts to appear...anyway, thank you so much :)
