Global Blue made the tax refund process super easy. There were other stores that used a different vendor and their process was not as easy and seamless. In the future I will try to only do business with retailers who use Global Blue.

If your downtown locations cant offer…
If your downtown locations cant offer the same services as at the airport, then make it clear in your email when suggesting a downtown tax refund.
Ie, shopping at ZORLU centre in Istanbul, you receive an email suggesting to do the tax refund at Beymen department store. Taking time to look for the counter you're faced with the counter staff telling you "credit card only". For debit card and cash, please go to the airport. Waste of time
