Convenient speedy but at a very high cost
The convenience and ease of using the app and speed of refund were great. Only 55% of the tax was returned and then a ridiculously adverse rate of exchange was applied (current rate is 1.17 and I was charged 1.27). Problem is there are no real alternatives, it feels like a rip off!

Global Blue made the tax refund process easy and seamless.
Global Blue made the tax refund process super easy. There were other stores that used a different vendor and their process was not as easy and seamless. In the future I will try to only do business with retailers who use Global Blue.
