Mediocre Bullion Dealer
Bought off this company many times on eBay well over 1,000 oz, but during the crash of March 2020 I purchased a huge quantity on Sunday night and Monday morning when the price was rock bottom directly on their own website to save them the eBay fees.
They cancelled my orders with the BS excuse I was an untrustworthy customer and they have the right to refuse to sell, bottom line they didn't have the product, couldn't get the product.
they are a junior bullion seller in Canada, if you are serious about stacking bullion I recommend Bordergold in Vancouver, they never cancel orders and honour transactions

I hope you are keeping safe during these times.
Our anti-fraud department flagged your credit card transactions as suspected fraud and advised us not to process the transaction on credit card. We informed you of that information and told you that we would be happy to honour you a discounted price if you paid with e-transfer, cheque, or any other method of payment. You chose not to do that - so unfortunately we were forced to cancel your orders.
The product was unavailable to every dealer and supplier in Canada during the time of your purchase - there was a major supply shortage. Every order that was placed, was eventually fulfilled (granted, it took much longer than we would like and our customers were accustomed to)
It's a shame to lose a customer, but this industry is known for fraud - and we have policies and procedures in place to mitigate our risk.
I have tried multiple times to make this right by you and if you ever wish to discuss this, you know how to reach us.

Sounds like some have had a rough time on the website

When buying through eBay its much easier and the standards are higher as sellers like Global Bullion need to maintain at least 99.7% feedback from buyers to even be looked at seriously in the metals market of eBay.

Very disappointed with my experience
I tried to place an order through PayPal, but received an error screen, & the cart showed zero items. I wasn't sure if the order went through, because I never got a confirmation email, even though the money was already taken out of my account. I tried several times to contact this company, but got no response. Almost a week later, they called when I was unavailable to talk, but wouldn't leave any callback information, & just said they would contact me on Friday, but they never did. I understand that companies, as well as any of us can make mistakes, my only issue was the lack of trying to make it right.
