The service is great, only thing that is not so great.
1. On 2 of my 6 or 7 orders no note was sent or tracking number to let me know item had been shipped

Prices were unbeatable but things need to be changed with shipping!!!
Prices were unbeatable. selection is often lacking compared to other online vendors, but they treat you well.
(NEW UPDATE) Unfortunately on a side note. They offer free shipping for over 15oz. No matter what metal it is. Which is kind of ridiculous. So if i wanted to buy gold or platinum you still need to buy 15oz. Which is obviously just crazy. Maybe think about offering free shipping on 15oz or more or equivalent in dollar amount of other metals or something. Or free shipping over $400.
