I purchased a set of 4 color printer cartridges (refurb). 2 doesn't work so I emailed Cust Service (Tracy Brown) about them. She emailed back for me to return the 2 broken ones...and that's the last I heard from them. I emailed several times and received no replies. I called the company and only got an answering machine. I left several messages but no call back. After 6 months, I reported them to the BBB. Don't buy from this company unless you want to take chances with your money.

I waited over a month to receive my order. When I finally received my imaging drum it did not work, it was used and had scratches where somebody was obviously working on the cartridge. I would never buy from these people again and quite frankly, I don't expect to get a refund. Is what they are doing fraudulent? Well, near as I can tell. If you don't mind throwing away your money, then by all means buy from these people. I look forward to trying to contact them for yet another month. Of course, by then they'll probably say the return period is over.
