Good experience working with M.R Nagaraju. Really appreciate.

This has been one of the most exasperating and poorly managed service experiences I have encountered.

What is advertised as a seamless international shipping solution is, in reality, a disjointed, opaque, and deeply inefficient process. There is a striking lack of ownership at every stage—issues are neither anticipated nor resolved, merely passed along or ignored. The customer is left to navigate regulatory complexities with minimal guidance, as though operational responsibility has been conveniently outsourced to the very person paying for the service.

Communication is particularly disappointing. Updates are either delayed, vague, or entirely absent, forcing repeated follow-ups just to obtain basic information. There is no sense of urgency, no accountability, and certainly no customer-centric problem solving.

Mistakes and gaps in process are one thing; the complete absence of accountability is another. What is most concerning is how normalized this seems within the organization—there is no evidence of systems designed to prevent these failures or even acknowledge them meaningfully.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this service—especially for international or regulated shipments—to look elsewhere. There are far more reliable providers who understand that logistics is not just about moving packages, but about owning the experience end-to-end. This provider demonstrably does not.

Wow. What a service. I had booked some clothes and food items for my son who is studying in Sydney. I had called Priya for the quotation and she offered me the best rates. She gave the contact of Mr Nagarajan who is I believe responsible for the booking of the shipment at Bangalore. Hats off to him for the tremendous job he has done. Last but not least the star who did the fantastic work of packing the goods at my residence. That is Sumit. Beautifully packed and did not get a scratch on the carton box and absolutely no damages. As promised by the company my son got the shipment in 14 days. Global india express you guys rock. Hats of to the entire team. Thank you one and all.

I arranged shipment of 4.8 kg from Bangalore to Seychelles with Global India Express.

The shipment was picked up on 27 February 2026 and sent to Delhi. It never moved beyond Delhi.

I was informed that the delay was due to external logistics issues affecting onward shipment. After more than a week without movement, I requested return to sender on 7 March.

Global India Express then demanded the following additional charges:

AWB cancellation: ₹500
RTS (Return to Shipper): ₹1000
Pickup charge: ₹1000
Warehouse charges: ₹400 per day from booking date

It is unclear why a pickup charge is being applied when the shipment is already in their facility.

These charges were not disclosed at the time of booking, and the shipment never left India.

Including these charges and the original shipment fee of ₹10,010, my total loss comes to ₹17,710, while the goods themselves have also not been returned.

I have sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages over a period of several days and received no response.

Based on this experience, I can not recommend trusting Global India Express.

I wanted my package to be sent urgently from Coimbatore to the Netherlands as early as possible. Mr. NAGARAJAN really understood my situation and helped me to send my package well advanced in time. He really made this process go as smooth as possible. I would definetely contact him again when i need to send any package further in the future.

I am sharing my experience with Global India Express Shipping, New Delhi, so other customers can make an informed decision.

I used their services for an international shipment from India, which arrived on 16 December 2025. I was charged for 148 kg, however based on the actual volumetric and gross dimensions, the shipment calculates to approximately 100 kg, regardless of the standard method applied.

I documented the discrepancy with clear photographic and video evidence and shared this with the company on 15 January 2026. During a conversation on 21 January 2026, their representative verbally acknowledged that the dimensions I provided were correct and advised that the matter had been forwarded internally, including to Accounts.

Unfortunately, despite multiple written follow-ups and a formal request for acknowledgment with a clear deadline (7 February 2026), I have not received any written response, confirmation, or resolution.

Excellent service... Thatbtook only 4 days to deliver our parcel to Sharjah UAE.. Box was perfectly packed and delivered without any damage or wear n tear. Must appreciate.

I had sent memorabilia from India to Australia. Not only were the boxes opened and old cameras and watches taken out. The managers did nothing--even after showing them that the recorded weight on the received packages didn't match the sending weight. No investigation. No response.
Doesn't put India in the best light! Just a band of thieves.

Good service. Delivery reached on expected timeline. Special mention to Nagarajan sir, helped with all the documentation and smooth flow through customs.

My Daughter stays in UK and I would definitely recommend Global India express courier to everyone to use their courier service , very affordable and cheap compare to other International courier service and charges.

Specially I need to thank Mr Nagaragan and Sathyam who picked up the parcel from my home and delivered to UK before the expected date since i had requested them to send the courier since the weather is very cold in UK and my daughter needed the warm clothes.

Very impressive person Mr Nagarajan who followed up until the parcel is delivered and shared the tracking details the date the courier was picked up and he personally tracks and followups , very good experience and he was so polite and caring , excellent service . Thank you so much.

I send medicine to US from Ville Parle Mumbai and got good service as never taken like this one. They collected courier from my home and pack that and delivered in California in 4 days without any custom issues as they Cleared it from custom too. Really appreciate the service and will make Global India Expresa for our family courier partner.

Hi my name is shibu I had send a parcel from Bangalore to uk and I received on time ,but all the products were damaged and they said they will do packing individually for all items but nothing was done ,they just dumped all the items in one box and sealed it,there was coffee powder and pepper and their packaging broke and damaged whole stuff,, these people from support team just send a email back saying that they can't do anything about it ,, total dissatisfied

My shipment from hyderabad to Korea reached safe and on time. MR Nagaraj also helped us with dealing with clearance issue and guided us .

I wouldn’t even give this company a single star. Their website claims complete responsibility for customs clearance, but their actions and words are contradictory. Their staff is incredibly irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest and rude and impolite. Due to their negligence, my packages have been stuck with US customs for the past two months, and they’ve even disposed of them. This company, its staff, and the owners are utterly irresponsible for not acknowledging their mistakes and providing any information about my packages. They’ve been lying from the very beginning. Which shipping company on earth doesn’t have a direct contact base with custom departments in other countries is beyond my comprehension. And that’s what they have been telling me.!!!

The owners are so irresponsible, @kundan sinha, Roushan Sinha, and their third partner didn’t even have a courtesy to response to the customer’s email even after mentioning them in the email to find a direct answers from them.

Tariff policy was changed recently in the US, that’s understandable but because of not taking the prompt action by the support team of this company in providing all the necessary information to the US Customs before the deadline when asked repeatedly by them, the customs held my packages and now have disposed them off. The packages hold a great sentimental value and very expensive items (34K JUST FOR SHIPPING WITH 3LKHS WORTH ITEMS) but these highly unprofessional company has messed it up!!!!!
