Great customer service and the app is a nice add on

Excellent service from the customer tech support. I had an issue with the system and it was resolved in a few minutes. Great service.

I was raising a query regarding how the smartrack functions will be affected if battery power of my car is disconnected for a long period. My inquiry email was sent at 23:00 hour of Aug 24 (Saturday), and I received an email reply from Benn Welland (Security Liaison Officer of GT) at 00:14 hour of Aug 25 (Sunday) ... in less than 1.5 hour, which has sufficiently provided answers to all my questions. I am particularly impressed with the prompt reply was offered by Benn during the very early hour of a Sunday ... well done Benn and you have reassured me that my choice of Global Telemetrics was a wise one ...

I am very happy with the support I have received. I was able to speak to someone immediately - no hanging on for ages! The gentleman was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. An attempt to steal my car failed. It was highly reassuring to know that the equipment in my car is effective. The advice I was given about the security of my car and in turn my safety, was extremely helpful.

Would recommend tracking service if require by car insurance company

We've had our motorhome for 4 years where it had a Global Telematic tracker fitted. Excellent service and quality, would advise anyone to use them.

Just purchased a Motohome and took over the Tracker system. We had a few problems setting up the system (all of our own making) and Global Telemetrics were brilliant and patient at sorting us out.

We can not speak highly enough of the support we received in a prompt and friendly manner. Sarah and Charlie helped us out with easy to follow instructions.

Would recommend this service to anyone.

Subscribed yesterday, I made a couple of calls reference a change of registration. Both the phone calls and changing the registration on line the level of customer care and service has been amazing, world class in fact. I had the S7 tracker fitted with a Ghost 2 immobiliser, and so far I’m really pleased. A notification to my phone every time the car is started.

Very helpful staff. New tracker was required and have appointment to replace within 3 days . I was offered next day fitting as well but was not needed.

I had issues logging in to the GTE tracker app. Thanks to Emelia for helping me out with that little glitch. We haven't taken delivery of the vehicle the tracker is fitted to, but it's great to be able to keep an eye on what the company we're buying from are doing with our motorhome. Great app. Fantastic customer services.

Friendly and patient staff, explained things in an ease to understand way, prompt service

The lady i spoke with (i believe it was Emelia) was very helpful and talked me through sorting an email-password change out.

I am coming up to 74 years of age so today's technology can be a little unnerving so I spoke to someone from Tech. Support, unfortunately I cannot remember his name but found him an excellent person to deal with. He showed expert knowledge & understanding of my problem, guiding me through the whole process showing lots of patience & taking the time to explain in a manner that I could understand. I am very grateful of his help & advice.

Charlie helped me with an amend to my subscription certificate so my insurance company would it accept it, he was very personable, extremely efficient and it was overall a very simple, friendly experience, 5 stars for sure!

I Must say I find this company absolute rubbish considering they boast they are number one in the UK. Wouldn’t use them again even though I’m signed up for another eight months!!!
The lady I spoke to compared global Telemetrics with the virgin group, she talked over the top of me and was quite rude.

Customer service is incredible and the systems are great 😊

Emailed the office, which was answered promptly and my vehicle reg was amended. So easy and no hassle, thx Harry

From we first made contact with the help desk this morning, the staff were very polite and very helpful, they reacted quickly and located my vehicle, even though the tracker subscription had expired, I was charged £750 but this would be refunded if the vehicle wasn't recovered. I was then passed to a guy called "Jo the bounty hunter" and with 5 hours our vehicle was recovered and delivered to the local police, we haven't seen the vehicle in the flesh yet but I am sure everything will be fine. I have been extremely impressed with my experience today and would recommend Global Telematics and "Jo the bounty hunter" to anyone, thank you so much for your help. £750 very well spent!!!
