This system adds work and deprives me of revenue.

This system is appalling and adds to my workload while depriving me of significant revenue.

I run an outdoor Fitness company, and I've used Glofox with mixed reviews over past 2 years.

Within past couple of days I've discovered that all new members wishing to join my classes are being told bluntly that they are "Ineligible" to join the classes without any explanation (generally that they need to enter bank details to book in).

Having raised this with Glofox as soon as I discovered what was happening, I'm still waiting for any form of apology, explanation, offer of refund etc, while I have to personally contact every single lead who registered in past couple of months.

Glofox support team is not good

Glofox support team is not good, your lucky if you get someone who speaks English then lucky if you get someone who actually knows something. They messed up my account with clients money.

I highly recommend you avoid GloFox

I highly recommend you avoid GloFox. They will tell you everything you want to hear and even lie to you. DO NOT fall for it. Very bad ppl to do business with. Find something much cheaper and good business ppl.

Great customer services with fast response

Customer service team and my onboarding manager Joseph Salaivao have been prompt to answer questions with a detailed information, I always get answers straight away which is super helpful when you have some problems with your system. As a small business owner, it's pretty easy booking software to follow.

Extremely Frustrating Experience with GloFox: Lack of Communication and Unhelpful Attitude

I recently contacted GloFox as I am in the process of launching a fitness studio this year. Unfortunately, my experience with them left much to be desired. From the very beginning, there were several issues that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Firstly, I received a phone call from GloFox before our scheduled call, which was quite irritating. This miscommunication caused an unnecessary disruption to my day and left me feeling unprepared for the conversation. It would have been much more professional and considerate if they had adhered to the agreed-upon time.

Furthermore, the person I spoke to on the phone displayed an unhelpful attitude. He seemed disinterested in speaking with me and was unwilling to provide even a basic idea of the pricing structure. As someone who is in the process of creating a business plan, it is crucial for me to have accurate information to make informed decisions. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency from GloFox made this impossible.

In contrast to my experience with GloFox, I reached out to another provider who was more than willing to assist me. They promptly provided me with the necessary information, including pricing details, without any hesitation. This level of openness and willingness to help made a stark contrast to my frustrating encounter with GloFox.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend GloFox. Their lack of communication, unhelpful attitude, and refusal to provide basic information left me with a negative impression. When starting a new business, it is essential to work with partners who are responsive and supportive. Sadly, my interaction with GloFox fell short of these expectations.

GloFox has great representation

Theresa is a great representation of this company. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and gives just the right amount of attention without being pushy. It was a great experience to get a demo from someone who clearly believes in their product.

UFC GYM Nottingham

UFC GYM Nottingham. My gum app for the last 2 years. Very bad experience. The classes management was very buggy. There were multiply cases when the classes where doubled or tripped making hard to understand which you should sign for as the rest were ghosts. Cases of people getting emails that they were signed in again after they had enough and deleted they accounts

Theresa is Amazing!

Theresa was very knowledgeable of my needs, answered all of my questions and provided me extra tips to assist me in increasing my growing business! From the time our meeting started I felt like I was talking a friend/ family member about my business. She is a wonderful asset to Glofox! I genuinely appreciate her!

Useless system - friendly support team

Have had the system for many years. In the beginning it was good. Since Covid and some restrictions from banks and other issues the system works very bad and is I will not recommend it anymore. The list with problems are long. The most important is that client can get tickets for my studio session without paying. The app is the only thing that works well. But if you don’t have time to solve a lot of problems manually at least 6 hours a week (that should have been done by the system) you should not get Glofox for your studio. When I get the time I will definitely change to another system - even though the support team are kind I will not recommend Glofox.

Bug-riddled app! Glofox doesn't give a crap about you.

I downloaded the Glofox app to join my local gym. I created an account, and paid for a family pass. After adding just 2 of my 5 kids, the app froze - wouldn't close, couldn't edit. I force-closed the app and reloaded it, but could not log in.

The gal at the gym didn't know what to do, and showed me what it 'should do' from her phone. I decided I'd add the rest of my kids using my computer instead. To my surprise I cannot log in on my computer either. I tried resetting my password, but the email never came to me (and yes, I checked my junk folder). My bank account shows that I indeed paid. No need to stress, though. I will call and get this sorted out.

I called Glofox and eventually spoke with an agent. I explain the situation to them and their reply was 'call your gym'. I told him I was there physically and the girl did not know what to do. He said he would not help me. He said the gym has to contact them and they will work with the gym. My issue isn't the gym - its the lousy app that doesn't work. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

So I called my gym to see if they can help me resolve the issue, but of course, I can't get anyone on the line - its the automated menu & voicemail.
At this point, I just want my money back. This JOKE of a company doesn't give a crap about their users. It's apparent that all they care about is selling their crappy software to unsuspecting gyms and walking away with your hard earned money.

Theresa was absolutely amazing

Theresa was absolutely amazing! She listened to my needs and concerns and was able to comfort me and make my daily life easier. Very grateful that she was able to work in my budget and didn’t make me feel bad when I had to eliminate services to make it more affordable for me! Excited to start using this platform that was build for fitness by fitness minded individuals. Will definitely recommend this to other people!

Theresa was amazing! Super personable, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with my requests and finding solutions for me. I am an anxious new studio owner and so finding solutions for me, delivered by super helpful calls, make the stress of it all that much easier. That is EXACTLY what everyone needs. Super happy.
