very Helpful team, Top Support, The service and the Technology they are using is really helpful for the Restaurants and for the one who orders food.
Some options must be added in the Order accepting App, like Call Alert with eSIM and self order accepting.

Here in Mexico, we have a community of restaurants and we provide Gloriafoods services to our restaurants, all of our customers are very happy because the system is really easy to use, the app to receive orders sounds really loud so they don't miss any order, and if they do, the system gives them a call or text msg. Also each of the restaurants can select the different PAID options, like: Accept Credit/debit card payments online, create their own app, create their own website, etc... We really enjoy being part of the GLOBALFOODS Family!.

There are so many good things to point out that we get some kind of lost in how to review it.
Well, customer support it's TOP level, one of the best ones that I ever experienced in my career. They not only help you, they even teach you. I started with no paid services and I felt that I was treated has their best client.
About the engineering team, you will not notice them, because the platform is so perfect that hardly you will find bugs on it. But when problems happen (because eventually in computers world they will), you can count on them to correct them with pace.
About platform, itself... It will answer to all your needs, easy to work, great design and fully functioning... Giving you the opportunity to grow has a company, by boosting all aspects you need to boost your restaurant business.
