Easy and quick to set up system. It's free, but it's very professional, I think it's better than many similar non-free systems. We have received more orders since the introduction of the system, the number of phone calls has been kept to a minimum. We often use extended promotions. The customer service is extremely fast and helpful. In a word, a professional team is behind it, thank you very much!

Great service for online ordering tailored to restaurants
Fantastic tool for restaurants to quickly and easily setup online ordering with a full suite of additional tools on an as-needed basis.
I recently developed a client website for a pizza restaurant in a small community; their budget was small but they wanted a full-service online ordering system that would not cut into their profits, which are razor thin in the food industry.
GloriaFood beyond fit the bill given that they are specifically tailored to enable online services for restaurants, which need slightly different workflows than most e-commerce solutions offer. They even offered free technical support when we had questions with the setup process. The support was quick, courteous and clear. Top notch!
Very happy with our experience, and will be using this technology again for future client websites.

Thank you for your feedback! The aspect and customization of the user interface for front end customers was a strategic trade-off we made so that the architecture we decided on makes sense. Achieving quality, affordability, and reliability of a system typically means less flexibility.
However, if a change makes sense in general for all restaurants’ order taking flow, then we usually include it in our roadmap, and we do it for everybody.
Otherwise, if we were to customize it per individual case, we would end up with a product that looks and feels something like this:

That is why our ability to do custom stuff is limited. Still, when clients come to us with something that is not working for them the way they need it to, we are more than happy to have a look at it and suggest a workaround, if possible.
We are sorry to hear that you did not like the look of the interface. However, this is highly subjective, and unfortunately, we can’t make a design that everybody will love.
As for the refund, indeed, we tend not to do them easily since there are hefty charge-back fees attached to every refund operation. Considering our business model and the price point, a refund only makes sense if we did wrong.
However, anyone can cancel their subscription any month, AND one can have the money they paid for the subscription granted as compensation on another paid service.
