Good clean... but difficult comms afterwards
Customer service in arranging the clean was good. Quality of the clean was good. BUT...
Unfortunately due to an incident during the clean where our washer/dryer was damaged after they cleaners washed their cloths, Glory clean handled the situation very poorly.

Unfortunately we would not agree on the other part of the statement where the customer is claiming a compensation for a damage which was not caused by our cleaners and we can easily prove that. It is very unfair to blame us for already existing damage and to claim a compensation by threating us with negative reviews online. We are responsible company and we always respond quickly and resolve any reasonable matters. We would encourage the customer to contact us once again and to defend his statement with facts. Have not completed the job in full. Refused to cooperate. I have to pay the full price of cleaning again to another company now.
They did not clean the inside windows and the door left totally dirty.
The landlord made us repay the full cleaning amount. Do not recommend to use their move out of service.
The team refused to provide any assistance and ignored my requests for hiding behind a standard reply.

We sincerely appreciate your time to comment on our service which would help us even though it is with a negative outlook. Unfortunately the statement provided is false/inaccurate. We never refused to help any of our customers. In this case we have offered an inspection and re-clean as per our Policy, but the client demanded a full refund and threaten us with negative review. However there was no evidence of cleaners omissions and we could not accept the aggressive way of threatens by the customer for a refund or negative review. This is a graceless request based on no facts. Anyway the readers can see our other feedbacks to compare. Kind Regards
Good service, easy to organise.
The woman who came to clean was very pleasant and friendly, although she did arrive 30 minutes prior to the booking time. Luckily, this was fine but could have potentially caused a bit of a problem. The cleaning was done to a good standard and I was pleased with the result.

Incredible end of tenancy clean
We’ve recently used Glory Clean for our end of tenancy clean in London and we are delighted with their services. The cleaners were really efficient, energetic, and trustworthy. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The office assistants are also very helpful and responsive. We will use again in future and we recommend Glory Clean without hesitation.

Great Cleaning Service
I had move out complete clean by Glory clean and everything went really smooth. They met our expectations and we were absolutely satisfied with their service. Disappointed
The cleaning only lasted 20 minutes and despite stating in advance that we had a particular stain the cleaners knew nothing about it? They were also unable to shift the tea stain.
We were also asked to pay again when we’d paid in advance?
Sadly, we won’t be using this company again.

Cleaning OK but not perfect.
Thank you for your service in cleaning our carpet. The cleaning which was carried out was ok, but not 'perfect' to our expectation. This is because the stains on the carpet was not removed properly considering the cleaning products you have at hand. So that was a bit disappointing really. In addition the cleaning was very quick, 20mins or less, and that to is not what we expected consideration the value for money.

Excellent End Of Tenancy Clean!
I had a professional End of Tenancy cleaning with a steam clean for all my carpets. I am very happy with the booking, I was offered 10% discount without even asking as it was a limited offer! I had a 48 hour guarantee for my check out inspection after the clean and it was perfect! The carpets have come up looking new, I would definitely recommend this service!
