Excellent service from the entire team, from start to finish! With having bought our caravan from the Glossop’s and having the extra discount, we couldn’t find better prices for our new Diamond awning! We can’t wait to put it up this weekend with the lighting, it will make a huge difference!! Thank you!

We purchased a new awning just over a year ago and although the awning was fine we felt we could do with having a bit more space, I rang Dominic in the Glossop Caravans Awning Dept who couldn’t have been more helpful, I explained what we wanted and he did me a fantastic deal including a new carpet, poles and storm straps, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dominic and Glossop Caravans to anyone, thank you 👍

Placed order on 29/04/25 still haven’t received my awning. Have tried to call, no answer. Have emailed several times, no reply. Have messaged on Facebook, no reply. Have tried WhatsApp, no reply. Not sure what to do at this point, wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Ordered the caravan awning, heard nothing about delivery, so sent several emails, no reply, so phoned them, told me my awning was out of stock, and would take about 2 weeks to get ! Thanks for nothing ! Why did you not inform me of this delay, terrible customer service

Purchased a Vango Air 360 Proshield sun canopy and carpet. Telesales lady was super helpful and answered all my questions. Matched a competitors price as promised on their website Received it all the next day.
What more can you ask for.

Glossop took my order and the cash for an awning Porch extension from Outdoor Revolution and then ignored all communications and phone calls for two months. Finally received an email today after my sixth chaser to say the product is out of stock and now discontinued. I am now lumbered with an awning, bought elsewhere, that I bought on the basis of it being extendable with the porch, which is not now fit for purpose. I will review Outdoor Revolution separately, but the customer service from Glossop Awnings has been terrible.

I was sent a message asking me to review my order, I haven’t received it yet and I don’t know when it is coming.

I ordered a CampTech sun canopy on Fri 2nd May - the next day the side panel set arrived and the main canopy arrived today, Sun 4th May. I had not paid for any special next day delivery, the standard free delivery option was included.

I had also messaged them via the chat option, re a request to match the price I paid to another sites price - they did this very promptly and refunded the difference. Great customer service and super fast delivery on a BH weekend, incredible, thank you.

Ordered an air windbreak on Friday, but due to bank holiday it wasn’t getting sent until Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday, phoned up for tracking details on Tuesday, got tracking details, tracked on Wednesday to find out a time being delivered, no tracking, contacted Glossop who advised it was sent yesterday and will be delivered today, if not delivered then contact us later, call from Glossop letting me know it didn’t get sent yesterday as no room on van, had someone wait in all day for nothing, absolutely disgusting service

Glossop awnings deserve 5/5 based on our experience. Staff there were helpful and cheerful both on the chat function and over the phone. They price matched a caravan awning immediately with no quibbles. They dispatched it the same day and the next afternoon it was up in the garden.

We ordered a garden chair at midday on Tuesday, it was delivered at 7.10 am the following day , in perfect condition. Excellent service!

Amazing windbreaks do what they say on the tin

Met the staff at the Harrogate Camping show and they were lovely, helpful and informative. Met them last year at the same show and they even let us have some of their little flower pegs. They helped us this year look at an air beam pump. Amazing company, highly recommend.
