Excellent selection of games, RTP seems very fair too. I have thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of games on offer at Glossy Bingo. I made a withdrawal for £2500 although this is yet to reach my bank as I had to complete a verification check, this has all be done thanks to the amazing customer service team, in particular, Teresa and Savannagh who were extremely helpful In guiding me through the verification process. Absolutely disgusting site I was playing 12 masks of drums over months of playing got it up to 10 times the highest one after a few weeks of playing and hundreds of pounds later the bonus came out so I thought omg yes and then bang all it give you was 24 pound omg really 24 pound what a joke so stay well away from that game and now I am back to lucky twins wow I don't no Wats worse hundreds going on and still nothing this is so not normal game don't even last 5 minutes either and weni complained glossy told me to change the game well I don't want to change the game why should I so my advice would be avoid like the plague

I didn't get what was promised.
First time I've used online slots and I was enticed in with the promise of 200 free shots on the slots and £20 if I deposit £10. So I deposited the £10 and got the free 200 shots (which are only valid on one slot machine), but I did not get the free £20 I was promised. Very disappointing.
I went back to the sight again and spoke with Rachel. She was very nice and polite with me but didn't help in the end.
I was told that the £20 is only for playing on the bingo games. Looks like there are only 3 bingo games to choose from and they only play on a Saturday. Also, the deposit you spend on their "offer" is only usable on one of their slots machines, no others and no choices.
I saw nothing in the promo ad that told me these restrictions and now feel cheated out of my £10.
All feels like a scam to me and I would advise others to avoid this offer until it's made more clear about the restrictions instead of hiding it away in the small print or until you have paid the deposit.
Thank you Glossy Bingo for the update.
I hope you do make your adverts more clearer before potential customers spend their money on your site, it would be a great idea. But because of my own experience there I won't be using it again and you have lost a customer.
