I've placed my order and its been over a week.No tracking details and no reply from them about when I will receive it!!

I bought 3 lamps over the past 18 months and all three are great . However recently I placed an order for replacement bulbs . They took the payment but after 7days and many calls and three emails with no joy I had to take it further as I received no response . My bank think the company is insolvent and they took my funds fraudulently . My bank gave me back my funds in 48hrs. Thought they were a good company but !!!

Just bad. I purchased a lamp which become faulty only after a few months. I contacted customer service who don't to reply. Terrible! Save your money and purchase your goods elsewhere.

Finally I got my order. It’s not a scam. But they have terrible customer service. They don’t reply emails until you give them a call. They don’t show phone number on the website. I found there phone number from my online back transaction record. They put a free candle holder in my order for the delayed delivery. Ok good products with decent price. Thank you for the candles holder. I hope they will have better customer service.

Item not dispatched after almost a month, all contact ignored.

Our lamp hasn't arrived! Communication isn't answered, products not delivered but money is taken. AVOID

The bowl cracked after purchasing as a gift in 2020.
I was promised a replacement bowl in late part of 2021.
Since then they have informed me 3 times new bowl been despatched but to this day (April 2022) nothing.
Last time rather than a BOWL I received a BULB!!
I receive despatch note, same message etc but still nothing.
Terrible customer service. SP.

Found this website whilst looking for a salt lamp. Needed to order and pay but defer delivery for 3-4 weeks. I was able to contact Glow Himalayan and the lady kindly rang me back immediately. I explained my problem and we made the necessary arrangements. There were some issues when the date came and went but the lovely lady made her best efforts right before Christmas to get my lamps to me (all 7 as Christmas presents). Everyone loves their lamps including me! Great service and beautiful lamps. Will buy again from this site.

Beautiful lamps at excellent prices. The connectors and bulbs arrived broken but were eventually replaced. The packing needs to be much better so that these problems are resolved.

I had an issue with delivery but upon reporting details it was immediately replaced and resent. Quick response and one happy customer. Very happy with my purchases. Thank you

I received the incorrect colour salt lamp and was offered a discount to keep it. I declined the discount instead requesting a replacement or a refund and the postage to be sent to me so I could return the item to them. As stated in Glow Himalayan's return policy, if the incorrect item has been supplied, they will cover the return postage. I have sent 3 emails further to their initial response requesting the return postage label and have heard nothing. This is exceptionally poor customer service.

These lamps are so unique they realy set the rooms off with nice ambiance

Very happy with the lamp. If l’d had a choice l would have chosen the lamp l was sent. Like other people I had a problem with the tracking app as it didn’t work. This is a shame as the lamp is great value.

Ordered on Black Friday, I had to chase the order, then the delivery information, the lamp was then delivered broken, I have emailed them several times and still the replacement part? ( I didn’t order a faulty product) hasn’t arrived.

No phone number so you have to email which they can “choose” to answer or NOT!

I paid full price for an item that is currently sat in the box as the bulb cannot be fitted inside.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered on black Friday, arrived the following Thursday. It came by Yodel however I didn't get a tracking number. The shopify app it did say it had been shipped though.
The lamp is a lot bigger and heavier than I expected but beautiful nevertheless.
Only 4 stars as I haven't plugged it in yet as it is a Christmas present for my daughter.

Lamp hasn't arrived! Only my money are gone! And my nephew is still waiting for his b-day present! They answered that it has been delivered,but camera was checked as well and there was no One!
After sending more emails they leave you without answer!

Lamp problem
The lamp we recieved was lovely it was for my daughters Birthday.
But we had a problem with it where it started to break.I have had several Lamps from Glow Himalayan & they have been great.I inform them about it
And they recified it straight away great customer service from them.
