The incorrect item was delivered, despite numerous emails no one has got back to me. No phone number to contact them on. I would advise anyone to steer well clear of this company as the customer service is shocking.

I ususally read reviews before dealing with a new company but in my enthusiasm to buy a lamp I forgot until afterwards on this occasion. When I did read the reviews I was horrified and worried by some of what I read. Certainly the projected delivery times were over optimistic and it is impossible to get a response from the company, which all add to the sense of mistrust. However, when the product arrived including a free tea light holder and delivery included in the price I was delighted, and for the price I have no complaints. They do use Yodel for deliveries, which are not one of the better companies. They are slow but they are cheap. Presumably this is why they use them and if it keeps costs down then fair enough. I just wish they would be more open about this and perhaps a little better at responding to enquiries. But the lamp is one of the nicest I've seen and is extremely heavy, so presumably, even with a bulk contract, quite expensive to send. I am very pleased with my lamp which compensates for my early fears!!!

Ordered lamp 12 days ago with them saying in stock and 2-3 days delivery. Says shipped on Shop tracking service but still no delivery. Attempted to contact a few days ago for an update but still no reply. Similar to other reviewers here

Still no dispatch a week after ordering. Money has been taken from my account but nothing showing up on the Shopify order tracking and the company doesn't respond to numerous messages. Says orders are dispatched after 2-3 days but the only thing that has moved is my money. No phone number to call either.

My lamp has just arrived and it’s massive and beautiful, I even got a free gift. The shipping time was longer than expected but was worth the wait. Glow Himalayan could improve on their email communication but very happy with my purchase regardless.

Thankyou Glow Himalayan for a fabulous Salt lamp ,I am extremely impressed with the quality of my lamp, and putting it together was easy. I bought the dimmer cable and it works a treat, it is proudly glowing away in my bedroom as I write this. I bought my lamp for better sleeping and the feel good factor ,it makes me feel good looking at it to....Delivery was quick...and free...what an impressive company you are...

I have never recieved my order yet.they say it has been dispatched but somehow don't believe them.

Ordered the glow medium size Himalayan glow lamp. Bought this as I am going through menopause and not hardly sleeping. I found this product very relaxing. I would say this product would be perfect if you had a newborn baby as the light is not too bright and in your face. Gives of a nice glow.
Will definitely order more.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered a lamp with 2 to 3 days delivery as I was going away a week later and wanted to take it as a gift. They supposedly have a tracking facility provided by ‘shop’ but that doesn’t work. Tried emailing customer service at Glow Himalayan - no response. Tried calling them - get asked to leave a message but can’t as the voicemail box is full.

Update: Lamp has arrived - only a few days late, so have upgraded review. Lamp looks good quality but I wouldn't order from them again due to difficulties with tracking and contacting them

No complaints, purchased during a promotion and got a free shot glass! Delivered within 2 days.

If I could give 0 I would, STEER CLEAR.

Despite several attempts I ended up going to paypal, who ruled in my favour to get a refund on a damaged item, it was corroded and had clearly being sitting in moisture, broken and missing screw.

They stopped communication several weeks after her 20% discount was turned down.

Go elsewhere, I ended up going elsewhere, to the lamp life and got a lovely lamp, it was damaged in transit, they sent out a replacement immediately, that is what good customer service is how you are treated when things go wrong.

Beautiful lamp, great customer service experience, had problem with bulb and plug which was sorted immediately.

UPDATE: so my second order that i happily placed beginning of May, almost reaching mid May is still hanging in the air to reach me!!!! It was an Eid gift which i knowingly placed earlier so that i would receive it within their stupid false delivery time they have stated (3-5 working days), an absolute unreliable and waste of time, just be wary, if you're okay waiting around (similar to Wish/Aliexpress orders) then wait, if not DO NOT TRUST anything they say about delivery. The order was dispatched a week or so later! Pathetic, STAY AWAY!

AVOID this company at all all costs. Currently escalating and disputing through PayPal - ordered a lamp that never arrived. Customer service is shocking, takes weeks for a response and they provided fake tracking details for a website via smart track suggesting I had HAND SIGNED for this parcel which I definitely did not. Would absolutely not be disputing over £11! Do not waste your money on this con, website needs taking down

Having now read a number of the negative reviews I wish I had done so sooner.

In the last 3 months I have purchased two salt lamps from this company Received orders very quickly and seemed reputable company.

However one lamp stopped working within two months and realised dimmer plug connection faulty. By coincidence had also ordered set of 6 replacement bulbs at this time from this company . When they arrived two were faulty.

I have contacted this company on numerous occasion by email and attempted to contact by phone, leaving messages to phone me. I have asked them to replace bulbs and connector

A few days after my first communication I ordered a second dimmer connector, as I suspected they would take their time to respond, if at all. The timescale for delivery has passed and still no connector or any communication regarding faulty goods. I no longer expect to receive plug connector and will take this up with PayPal

I am very disappointed that this company does not appear to be the reputable company I first thought it was. I will stick with eBay and Amazon in future. At least they can be trusted and excellent customer service if issue with purchase thereafter

Returns process - shockingly bad, took 4 months to get my refund. Countless chases via email, PayPal claim and then eventually new ticket from their website. Avoid not worth the hassle. I also had to pay for return delivery.

Bought 2 lamps from them as Christmas presents. 1 was ok but plug prong on other one broken. Have emailed them numerous times to no avail. Been promised it time and again and yet nothing. Not impressed Glowhimalayan. Sort your complaints out!

Ordered on Sunday arrived by Friday. Started to worry on the Friday morning as hadn’t had an email to state the order had been shipped and then I read the reviews on here stating orders hadn’t arrived etc etc. My order then arrived a couple of hours later. I got the fire bowl and a free usb light for £22 including postage. I think this is a really good price and have recommended my family purchase from here too. Apologies for the email this morning Glow Himalaya, I shouldn’t have read the reviews :)
