Once again false claim that I was not at home...fed up with it
The company I order from medicinal products only uses GLS, unfortunately. They keep leaving me a - "sorry, we missed you message" 9/10 times, although I am at home, checking the delivery times. They just don't bother to make the stop. I would be understanding if it happened just a couple of times, but it is not. They keep doing it, I will keep evaluate them with 1*. And yes, they have contacted me in the past and nothing has changed, it has to be their policy to make you choose for another delivery option ( pick-up point etc)

The package was left in front of another door without letting me know. They told me we left it at the neighbor with number xx, which was my own number. I had to chase for my package in the bushes

Don't use this company.
Their tracking never tell you when they will deliver you. They stole what we ordered online twice.
They don't even have contact number or address. There is no difference between this company and fraud.

2 packages were supposed to be…
2 packages were supposed to be delivered. they only delivered 1 and marked both as delivered. They dont respond to mails and theres no option on the delivery tracking to report a problem so you can only send an email.

Always say my package was delivered when it wasn’t or say I wasn’t in when I was. Basically the worst of the delivery services.

Very disappointing
Both my wife and I were home, still the doorbell wasn’t rung. Instead, the package was left at a few houses further in a hair salon. Besides that, the delivery window has been adjusted three times, resulting in several delays. Disappointing.

Delivery man left the package
Delivery man left the package in front of my door next to the main street. Everyone can stole the package. The box wasn't covered, package was strait from kärcher in oryginal box. Everyone saw what was that. Is not normal to put expensive device in the front of the door. Next time please leave it in the punkt if nobody open the door.

Worst delivery company ever.
Worst delivery company ever.
For 3 days in a row the delivery window was 12pm-2pm, it then every 30mins or so kept pushing back the delivery window till 21:00, until the delivery could no longer be made - for 3 days in a row. Such a bad and time wasting service as you're waiting around for something that is under constant delay.
