Delivery was fine

Delivery was fine, but the GLS driver in our area always stinks of cigarettes and so does the package.

Extremely inaccurate delivery time

Extremely inaccurate delivery time. It would have been faster to write delivery between 8am and 10pm sometimes this week.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Yesterday I was waiting for my package from Spain, and it says it's already been delivered. The delivery driver sped by and didn't stop to deliver my package. I don't understand the company's or the driver's logic. I need to know what happened to my package and why the driver didn't deliver it to my door. I expect a response from the company and hope my package isn't lost.

Very bad

Delivering took very long (double then promised). They announced the delivery for the morning, and it was delivered in the evening. I was home, and they delivered to the neighbors. Can't get much worse.

Once again false claim that I was not at home...fed up with it

The company I order from medicinal products only uses GLS, unfortunately. They keep leaving me a - "sorry, we missed you message" 9/10 times, although I am at home, checking the delivery times. They just don't bother to make the stop. I would be understanding if it happened just a couple of times, but it is not. They keep doing it, I will keep evaluate them with 1*. And yes, they have contacted me in the past and nothing has changed, it has to be their policy to make you choose for another delivery option ( pick-up point etc)

The package was left in front of…

The package was left in front of another door without letting me know. They told me we left it at the neighbor with number xx, which was my own number. I had to chase for my package in the bushes
