Terrible condition of the packaging
Although the parcel (containing a mattress) was delivered on time, in fact one day early, the condition of the packaging was really bad. The top of the box was open and unsealed and the box itself had obviously been bashed around, torn in places. This was a brand new mattress that cost over 700 EUR. I expect it to arrive in packaging that befits the value of the item itself

Package never delivered
The package I ordered was just not delivered at all. Even after trying to contact GLS and filling out their contact form I did not hear anything back from them. Its almost three weeks ago now so I dont think I will hear from GLS again.

Delivered in one piece !!
GLS is a disaster.... do not use
My package waited after customs clearance in Germany for 4 days before being picked up. It took a week from customs clearance to delivery in Netherlands. GLS is a total failure as a courier company. A complete and utter disaster.

Voor de deur gegooid
Via Praxis is een hanglamp bezorgd in een hele grote doos door GLS. Via de email een bericht ontvangen dat de lamp 'bij de buren was bezorgd'. De doos met de lamp van 269 euro was voor mijn eigen deur gegooid en daarbij was ook nog de bloempot omgegooid.
A pendant lamp was delivered via Praxis in a very large box. I received an email stating that the lamp had been 'delivered to the neighbors'. The box containing the 269 euro lamp was thrown in front of my own door, and the flowerpot was knocked over in the process.

onnodige frustratie en ongemak
The package was delivered, but the tracking and notification system was extremely inaccurate. I waited all day for the delivery, but at late evening the scheduled delivery date was changed to the day after tomorrow, and it was actually delivered the next day. I also received an email offering to change the delivery date several hours after the package had already been delivered. The lack of synchronization between the tracking system and the actual delivery status caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

Most of the pukket point in their site is cloesed. no telephone num for them. their customer service never pick up. I AM NEVER GOING BUY SOMTHING FROM THE ONLINE SHOP WHO USE GLS! waste of time, unreliable.

Delivery window was 9.45 to 12.45
Delivery window was 9.45 to 12.45. actual delivery time was around 17.00. I had to wait at home all day. There were no updates or anything made to the tracking information displayed.

The sender recognized that they used a wrong address. According to them they were able to reach GLS and they got a confirmation on delivery address correction.
Nevertheless, GLS delivered it to the wrong address...

Fast and safe. FR to NL in 2days
Fast and safe! My last package was lost via DPD, one week past and nothing happened. Seller switch to this company and it arrive in 2 days from France to Netherlands. Just wonderful! I don't get paid but I really want to thank this company.
