GLS Properties are unprofessional, incompetent and inefficient

My experience with GLS has been very disappointing due to consistently poor communication. Emails and messages were frequently ignored or left unanswered, even after multiple follow-ups. Even visits to the office were unproductive, as it is rarely open.

GLS state a 10 working day response policy; however, even this extreme timeframe was not adhered to, which made progress extremely difficult.

Overall, the lack of communication and the inaccuracy of documents provided made the process frustrating and inefficient. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before engaging with this company for any of their services.

In the 5 years I've rented a property…

In the 5 years I've rented a property with gls I have always received a top notch service. No problem is ever an issue. Report a problem. It's dealt with straight away.
I am very grateful for the help I've received recently regarding a bereavement and taking in a tenant/lodger.
Thankyou for all your kind support and help you have been fantastic.
