The Any Which Way Shelf
The Any Which Way Shelf arrived on time, packaged well. It came with screws (no raw plugs) and instructions on how to assemble. It is a lovely shelf and well worth the reduced price I paid. The colour is slightly grey when compared to brilliant white. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Wonderful wooden book cart
Bought a wooden pull along cat cart for my great niece. Absolutely thrilled with it! It arrived very well packaged and looks fantastic. She's going to love it. Nice option to personalise it too.
It did take about a week to be posted but I was provided with plenty of updates during this time. If I had one gripe, it would be that the postage label was stuck right over the illustration on the box showing what's inside. This is was a present so I needed to remove the postage label, but this took the illustration with it! I needed to print a picture off from the website so it was clear to her parents what was inside.

Great toy company, wonderful well crafted wooden toys! My 4 year old great granddaughter loves the ice cream shop! Easy ordering and swift processing and delivery. I made a small mistake when ordering and customer service responded quickly and sorted the issue.

Unfortunately I have not received my order one week after ordering. Deliver was expected within 5 days. It is also very difficult to contact the company. I have emailed with no reply or update about my order.

Lovely bookcase
I purchased the large Greenaway bookcase for my little boy and I’m thrilled with it. One of the wooden poles broke when I was putting it together, so I emailed Customer Services and they sent out replacements within 2 days – thank you Sally for such a great customer experience with GLTC. Will definitely buy again from this company!

I purchased a toddler kitchen helper/learning tower 6 months ago. It has had very limited usage but has broken and is now unusable. The paint has chipped in places too. Honestly absolutely appalled by the quality of the product as 6 months is not good enough. I can only imagine how long it would have lasted if used daily.
I am disappointed as was considering other GLTC products as part of a bedroom renovation but glad I hadn’t yet taken the plunge.

This product has been designed, manufactured and tested to comply with BS EN 17191:2021 seating for children so I am very surprised to hear your toddler leaned forwards in it and it fell over. My sister in law sent my daughter a…
My sister in law sent my daughter a gift (wooden cat pull along toy). The axels in the toy cart were actually missing and despite contacting them numerous times they say they don't issue spares or even ones I can purchase. Is so frustrating as the toy is useless without them and I cannot find any axels that actually fit. Complete waste of time and money. I am now actually going to have to throw the item away as I can't assemble it.

Wouldn't buy again as we ended up with a furniture with missing parts
I would advice not to buy from GLTC as their customer service is non existent and they don't really care much about their products. The desk arrived with missing parts, so we left it half assembled and contacted them by email - the ONLY way to get in touch now. We were ignored. We've ordered from GLTC before, and few years ago there was a phone number, and they were quite helpful. This is really disappointing as my child was really looking forward to have this desk (which is also not cheap). I feel like recently the company went down a lot - will definitely not buy again!
