Worst interaction with the rudest person ever. They sent me the wrong product and they hung up on me saying that I will not receive the return label! Stay away from them!

What a shame having someone like that representing the company. I know for a fact I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.

CW fishing supplys Dunstable .Being a novice fisherman ,went to CW fishing and asked loads of questions about fishing and was told all the answers i needed to know ,i can recommend these guys for there knowledge and products they sell.

I wish I could give them 0 star . The order never arrived and no money back . I tried to call and email many time but they’re not answer. Please be careful. If you don’t want to lose your money. So not going to order any thing from this site .

The worst business I’ve ever used !!
After a glass washer broke after 4 months I’ve not had the item fixed,replaced or a refund it’s now in the hands of my credit card company and I’m contacting trading standards. Do not believe a word they say,they are complete liars. Please do not use or you will definitely regret it.

Sadly it appears that a once reputable company has been bought out and the new owners are unable too offer any service except taking you money.

I spent £1860 on a new dishwasher and as with all the other recent reviews on here have never received it (I just wish I had checked here before ordering!).

6 phones calls and 2 emails later I have ordered again elsewhere and am in the process of trying to recover my money from my bank.

I have also contacted Sagepay (their website's payment provider) to suggest they remove, or at least suspend, the ability for them to take money via the website.

I am also about to report them to Trading Standards (via Citizens Advice) and also to Action Fraud for review by the police and I would recommend anyone else who has experienced this problem with them do the same.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this 'business' at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Exactly the same problem as all previous reviews this year, ordered an item for £2500, never arrived and they have now ignored 5 calls, 3 emails and 2 online chat messages. Thank god I paid through PayPal as, because they don’t respond to PayPal either the case has closed in my favour. DO NOT USE!!!! If you are thinking of risking it please please pay with PayPal, you stand a chance of easily getting your money back!!

I'm concerned to write that as per the previous 3 reviews, I have also ordered an item on the 22nd October, and have yet to receive any information regarding the delivery of the goods. Tried phoning, emailing, leaving messages etc, and no response whatsoever. Totally unacceptable. Do not go there!

Very disappointed in this company. Ordered an oven to which I paid nearly £2000 for on the 4th of October and still have not received it. They do not call you back or reply to any emails. I have now had to hire an oven as it was for an opening of a restaurant. Will never use this company ever again and will be taking this matter further to receive a refund!!!!!!

Same as last 2 reviews, paid over £900 for a freezer, not turned up, after 4 weeks now. Have tried contacting via phone, left messages and sent some emails but no response at all. CAnt believe this website is still up and running. It’s disgusting to not even respond and still be taking peoples money. Paying the venue a visit tomorrow, hopefully I can talk to this person. It’s a shame I have used this company a lot over the past 6 years.

Similar experience to Andrew below; paid £850 for a fridge that never came and have spent a month, phoning emailing and using their message service, without a single reply. We are issuing a County Court summons this week to recover our money and costs.
It is not so much the failure to pay back our money, but an unwillingness to respond to any communication. We all have financial difficulties, but common decency surely dictates that you address the issue, rather than burying your head in the sand!

Do not use this company!
Ordered fridge on the 1/8/19 email said delivery in 3 - 5 working days, waited and heard nothing, called them and they explained they had to wait to get the fridge from the manufacturer, which i was ok with.

THEN heard nothing from them, called on the 27th August to be told it'll going to be shipped the next day, but as they state, a notification will be received by the courier......it wasn't. Phoned the company many times only to be told by the person on the phone that they couldn't help, eventually i raised a case via PayPal, spoke to the managing director GAVIN i believe his name is, he told me that if i cancelled the PayPal case that i raised he could then refund me straight away! only he claimed that after i had done this, it wasn't showing at his end......Once a case is closed you cannot reopen! UNLESS you call PayPal! i called the next day and finally he refunded me, or at least i thought he had, it was done like an E-Cheque and after 5 days Paypal notified me that the refund had failed, I've emailed him with no response back, called PayPal and they've now raised a case against him but i'm still waiting for my money! This man is nothing more than a con artist and i'm guessing his company is in serious financial difficulty! Gavin - i hope you read your company reviews.......... i would like my money BACK

Placed an order online and it arrived in 2 days! Realised I needed more consumables so rang up the phone number and they were fantastic. Would recommend to everyone who needs what they sell.

I got all my kitchen equipment from here. Bottle coolers, cash register for the bar, even smart clothing for the waiting on staff. I highly recommend this company, very friendly and professional advice made the whole refurbishment very smooth. Paying over 3 months was also a massive plus. Many thanks GM Supplies

We have purchased bar equipment on a few occasions from GM Supplies and have always found them to be helpful and efficient. We have used the interest free credit scheme, which was easy to set up, and payments are taken when they should be and are stopped when they should be. Purchases have always been delivered within the specified timeframe and we have no complaints. Good service all round and we will definitely use GM Supplies in the future.

Their prices are always very competitive, and the staff helpful and knowledgeable. They have goods delivered to Shetland faster than a lot of local companies would even consider. Have bought several items from them and will certainly go back
