I've still not received my order which was placed on the 8th August. I've asked for an update and was advised it was shipped. I've spent nearly £40 with no clue where my items are. No email updates for more information either. Wish I'd of gone some where else.
EDIT - I received my order the following day and forgot to update my review. Yes the shipping isn't great unless you pay out for the tracking, however, the bracelets I bought for my children are lovely. I'm still to work out if the work for teething though, regardless, beautiful work. Thanks

My daughters anklet broke recently and I contacted go amber who instantly sent out a replacement. The process was so quick and easy.
These products really do work wonders, when my daughter was without the anklet you could see a huge change in her due to teething pain.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, still waiting for my order, hard to get a response

I ordered this go Amber necklace for my granddaughters 1st Christmas, it arrived today 8 months later with many Amber beads broken. I contacted Go Amber several times to tell them the necklace had not arrived however they did not help me!!!

Ordered an amber bracelet for my little girl which broke 3 days after wearing it. The string that attached the beads literally just disintegrated.
Spoke to Emma in whatever customer service team they think they are running. Takes her ages to reply, she asked for a picture of the anklet which I provided and she advised me that I would be sent a new anklet. This was over a month ago, I have chased and have been told that this can take ‘5-12 business days and longer on busy holidays’ which we are way over the time frame for and as far as I’m aware, it’s not Christmas?
Have asked for a refund and lo and behold - no response now for nearly a week! Never ordering again and wouldn’t ever recommend

Our anklet broke within one week - found the bead broken on the carpet next to our 8 month old. Was told I needed to ‘supervise him’, which I was - an 8 month old is not strong enough to crack an amber bead!
Shocking customer service from ‘Emma’ the replies take 2 days, sometimes not at all. I asked for a replacement or an alternative (I think the stretch ones are weak). They told me I needed to ship the broken one back and be responsible for the shipping costs and then reorder a new one, one they have refunded me.
Will never ever order from them again and would definitely not recommend. So rude and not worth the worry of it breaking (as they seem very brittle) especially around little ones.

Shocking service - ordered two weeks ago for our teething baby and I still haven't received. Contacted CS and told I selected the slow delivery option - there were no options for what delivery I wanted??? Buyer beware!!!!!!

Lovely anklets, perfect size and stones are small enough.
Unfortunately my anklet fell apart after a month of wearing it and I was sent a replacement, which was lovely of them. Hoping this one will last much much longer!
Also got my little son one which he seems to be pleased with.
I had a faulty item arrive but it was very quickly rectified. I swear by these necklaces for my teething toddler!
Lovely necklaces bought one over the years for each and every grandchild , I have 10 grandchildren .
The amber necklaces lasted a very long time , must wore them to 5 years old from birth , love them ❤️.
Delivered items where always in top condition.

I was recommended this website for the amber anklets for my teething baby, I ordered 6th October and I was aware it would take a while to receive however today (3rd November) I received an email to see it was returned due to unsuccessful delivery… I was home almost all week waiting for this and other deliveries, my other deliveries were successful but this was never attempted, I do wonder if it was an issue with Royal Mail, but even so, it was a lot of waiting around for no results
I appreciate the refund being in process, and I have been informed and replied to in good timing but I’m hoping this was generally just an unfortunate circumstance.
But due to not wanting to wait another potential month for this product, I won’t be reordering, but maybe in the future If I do I’ll have a better experience

I bought two products coming to nearly £40. I thought due to their standards and presentation on the web page that it would come in a box with a certificate. Instead it came in a little clear bag. I bought this as a gift and now I feel embarrassed to have to explain that it's from a legitimate website. Which brings me here. I've read the reviews and now decided not to give this as a gift due to the counts of breaks. How on earth can you give someone 5 star for a product breaking but GoAmber responding quickly but rectifying the issue. They can refund your purchase A.S.A.P but it isn't the point. The point is that its not supposed to break at all and no parent (or in my case no uncle) wants to be thinking is that safe???
Please buy somewhere else and do your research because I didn't and I feel like a mug

So happy with my amber beads necklace from go amber, I’ve noticed such an improvement in my baby when he’s wearing it. I had a small issue with the necklace and contacted the team, they were quick to respond and immediately provided me with a replacement. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and have told two friends today they need to get a necklace for their babies from here!
I am so disappointed. I ordered an anklet and a necklace. The anklet arrived faulty and when I emailed them, they told me to cut it with a scissors which didn’t work and resulted in the anklet falling off and me losing it.
Secondly the necklace then snapped whilst on my daughter and the bead was in half. When I emailed to ask to replace they told me no as over 90 days return policy.
It’s not a return it’s FAULTY PRODUCTS. I just wanted a replacement but their customer service is unbelievable.
Do not buy from them! Dangerous products if they can’t replace faulty.

I have bought 2 bracelets for my son and I lost the first one after a year so purchased the second. It cracked and I emailed to let them know and Emma was really helpful and immediately sent out a replacement for me. Really pleased with the customer service 😁
Purchased three bracelets, all of which are of good quality. One sadly broke but was quickly replaced without any hassle. The bracelet for our baby really seems to help with teething pains so highly recommend
I purchased an anklet which part of the extension is missing from not to mention the poor quality “amber” it appears to be plastic beads, and sent from Latvia, I have disputed this through pay pal and they want me to send it back to Latvia (even tho they claim to be a British company) I have stated I’m not paying the prices for sending it back. The emails that they send are copy and pasted and I’m sure the response to this will also be a copy and paste job “we have been around for 25 years” yadda yadda yadda. Please don’t buy from them they are awful, I will continue to fight to get my money back. Be careful guys!

I have to say your reply made me chuckle…. 😂 no I am not but I have bought authentic products from reputable companies in the past and these are either very very low grade or fake they feel like plastic, and as stated the anklet is faulty. I now have a question for you… do you work in all “warehouse” to ensure the quality of the products? If you send me a prepaid envelope I will send it to the Latvia address that you have sent me however I am not paying postage because your products are faulty and unauthentic.
