Product not delivered (ordered 4 brackets costing £70) and cannot get through to any customer service team. Really disappointing and wish I’d have read these reviews first before purchasing.

Updated based on Go Ambers response - emails were not replied to. I ended up having to post on recent Instagram posts to get a response. Have since managed to get my money back through my bank thankfully. Find another provider based in the UK.

Really great service, my first product strangely snapped in his sleepsuit however Goamber replaced it immediately and I received a new one in the post. I have not been able to use it long enough to see what effects it may have but I’m happy with my purchase and it looks very stylish!

Didnt arrive and they keep saying they've sent a replacement but its been MONTHS!!! Will be filing a case with my bank!! THIS WAS NOT DURING ROYAL MAIL STRIKES. THIS WAS ORDERED IN AUG 2022 AND THIS COMPANY WAS SO RELUCTANT TO SEND A REPLACEMENT

I paid for 3 bracelets and only received 2. No one answers the customer service number or replies to emails! Disgraceful service!!

I recently bought a matching bracelet and necklace for my daughters birthday, and the clasp bit broke, (probably just a faulty one) and I asked if they would replace it, providing evidence they did straight away. I am very grateful for this and I absolutely love it as always ❤️

I purchased the Amber anklet a while ago and as it was too big for my baby (she’s only little due to being prem) I was trying it on her regularly
Unfortunately the clasp came loose. I contacted goamber and had a reply quickly and they arranged a replacement. It’s perfect and actually fits her which is even better

Has been well over the estimated delivery time they guaranteed me to receive my order by. The shipping link doesn’t work that they included in their email to me neither. Avoid this company, massive scam.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Robbing people with small babies for money!! I have ordered my small 5 month old baby two bracelets for teething and I paid £37 and it’s been over a week no email nothing!!! You all should be ashamed of your self taking money from mums that can’t afford to buy much and £37 to someone who is on mat leave is a lot!!!!! I hope what your doing to people comes back to bite you and personally you should get a proper job and stop poncing from other people !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I bought amber necklaces for all my family. We all love them .I had a problem with one of them , but after I wrote to them,they replace the necklace very quickly. I am totally recommend GoAmber. ❤️

Anklet arrived and fits great on my 3month old. Will order from here again when he out grows it.

The amber beads are not like the picture they are smaller. It's a little bit big but it seems to be working for my granddaughter. I put it on her ankle. I would recommend

Fantastic quality! The necklace and anklet set arrived and after months of teething pain for my 1 year old and hourly wakeups, he was settling more easily and slept for five hours and has done similar since - a complete unknown for us previous. I’m so glad our neighbour recommended this set as its honestly made such a huge difference and our boy is a happy little soul once again! Plus, the raw amber looks stunning, he gets so many compliments x

If I could rate this company a zero I would happily.
After sending several emails I am still with out my product. They are happy enough to take your money but not send you the product and ignore or reply with no useful information!
VERY UNHAPPY and will not use this company again!
