We went to Go Ape at Moors Valley Park and the young staff members were excellent - full of enthusiasm and really friendly and helpful. We paid for an hour but were there over 2!

GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!
The staff/Instructors were friendly and helpful all way through. Always someone around to help if needed. Great course for all different abilities.
Easy to find, loads of parking, beautiful setting around Leeds castle.
Defo will book again.

We visited Crawley go ape for the segway experience. Honestly, look and think hard on this before parting with your money. Yes it’s instructor led and there’s one very small opportunity to do a track without the instructor leading, however just before reaching this part and being released, the instructor pulled the slowest people to the front!! She said it was because she didn’t want them getting lost.
I don’t know if that is normal practice, but we felt it was a deliberate move to prevent anyone actually being able to gain any speed. I have put in a complaint about this but the response wasn’t really valid as it went on about protecting other park users however the tracks used were further in the woods and obviously if people were around, you would naturally have the sense to slow down. Our daughters have attended various other places doing segways are we’re shocked when we told them how over controlled this activity was. If all you want is an hour training, then this would be the place to go but, if you want a bit of fun and freedom, go elsewhere you won’t get that here.
We would certainly NOT RECOMMEND this experience as value for money or enjoyable.
In future we will travel a bit further for a better experience elsewhere.
Extremely disappointing 😒

This is my second visit to Go Ape, we also decided we try a new location and Battersea Park it was, plus it was my Daughters 14th Birthday 🥳.
Our overall experience was 10 out of 10 from the beginning till the end.
Staff was absolutely amazing so friendly, so engaging, so helpful. The way we were greeted at the check outs by such a lovely lady, unfortunately didn’t ask her name, she gave my daughter a Birthday sticker so thank you for making it so special for both of us, but we do remember Edward who explained and demonstrate so beautifully everything we needed to do and know while we up in the air climbing.
Thank you guys so much for making such a fun , memorable day and Yess we will be coming back again !!!

Poor customer service. Their website was down. They asked to call in over email. By the time we reached the service centre 40 minutes later, every slot was gone. We had to take a location with 30 min extra driving. Adding insult to injury, their customer service agent Nick had no sympathy and charged us an extra booking fee, because we had to book over the phone.

Took my 11 year old friend for an afternoon at Go Ape Delamere. Chose the Adventure + which he really enjoyed . Thought it was both challenging and great fun . I was the on looker and I was very impressed by everything . Facilities, attention to detail especially of course surrounding safety were excellent . The team there are great with children and adults too and explain everything in simple relatable terms . Good check in process and the course and equipment used is of a very high standard . Thank -you Delamere's Go Ape Team .

We visited go ape in battersea park , the staff are rude with no customers services , this may be to do with the age , there was only 2 staff that was friendly , the toilets was shocking , disgusting , you can tell it hasn’t been washed or cleaned for a long time by the state of the skirtings , I wouldn’t put my dog in these toilets , totally disgusting to the point I nearly vommited . There was no toilet paper any where in sight ,I even took pics of the rotten toilets because I was so shocked and disgusted . I even heard a member of staff raise his voice to a customer .

Booked a treetop adventure+ for two children at battersea park. First time for both and they loved it. Staff and instructors were very helpful and engaged. Can't fault anything, best experience and plenty of activities, will next time us adults will definitely join in.
A big thank you to everyone at go ape and especially the instructor who went up to help my daughter along the ropes (unfortunately I forgot to get his name).

We had a great experience at go ape at Leeds castle today. The family loved it especially the zip wires. I must give Troy a shout out, he was great with his briefing on how to go around the tree too challenge, but came to the rescue of a participant who got stuck on the large Zip wire. He made his way out to the gentleman, attached him to him for safety and then spent 30 mins getting the man back to safety.he was absolutely amazing and to watch him get the man back to safety was amazing to watch. Well done Troy!

Took my 6 year old son to Leeds castle Go Ape on the 5th of August. We had a wonderful time everyone was really helpful and nice. In particular an instructor called Ally who helped my son overcome his fear of going up to the next level onto the adventure+. Thanks.

Great experience provided. Only issue was with a family holding everyone up. Could have done the course a lot quicker.

We did the Zip Trek with instructors Tilly & Sam. I was a bit nervous to say the least but Tilly and Sam were amazing. They were so patient and encouraging. A wonderful experience that I would do again in a heartbeat.

We took kids to Sherwood Pines for Treetop Adventure. It was brilliant but way too short. If you ever think about going, pay a little bit more for Treetop Adventure Plus. It looks more interesting, challenging and consist of more than 4 walks between the trees.

We went to the Williamsburg one and the staff were amazing, but the course didn't seem very beginner/intermediate friendly. They didn't teach us to slow down on the zip lines using gloves (which is what I’ve experienced on previous zip line courses), rather they taught us to do this running stop by matching the speed that we were at and using our legs to slow down. It worked perfectly on the training one (about 20ft) and I landed it pretty easily along with everyone else and the instructor said we were good to go; however, the next zipline (probably around 150ft), this technique did not fare well for me or anyone else behind me because the difference in size really amped up the speed and I feel they didn't really ease us in per say with slowly making zip-lines longer so we could get the hang of it. A lot of us unfortunately hit pretty hard, with one women hitting her head really hard as well since this was now the second time performing this stop for most of us. Also, a lot of the obstacles are a lot more upper body than all-body, so when signing up for Go Ape for others I would keep that in mind. Overall, the staff were super welcoming and friendly, but I feel the course could be improved for those just learning the running stop because all of the other zipline courses I’ve been on use the glove stop.

We visited the GoApe at Alexandra Palace and the team there made our experience a memorable. The team, ably led by Tom were professional, friendly and very patience with our group. Max was an excellent trainer and supervisor and Fraser was outstanding in supporting our group on the more challenging obstacles. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!
