I bought my insurance last week and was amazed by the price I got and how quick the whole process was. The video call was making me feel a bit anxious but as soon as it started I was put at ease and it was all very easy and straight forward, it only took 9-10 mins. I have already told my family and friends about buzzvault. Highly recommended.

Really quick setting up the policy for my home insurance at what's seems like a really good price.

It is easy to get an offer and you can reach online assistant if you have a question. They inform all steps by mail.

I have recently signed up and the process was really easy. The call advisor logged all my items and would be happy to recommend to family and friends.

Competitively priced and works from a Moblie App where you can upload pictures of your processions from around the House to a vault.
Meaning that they have a record, which in the event of claim would make it hassle free.

I recently had a claim refused and was after information on how I could challenge the claim.

The customer representative was very unhelpful and defensive. Speaking in a fair aggressive tone when I was only trying to understand the challenge process.

Really easy to do, you just do a quick video call showing around your house for everything to cover. Very simple and the lady prompted me what to show (as easy to forget on the spot!) Very happy with the service.

First time I've done a video call to document the contents but it seems like a good idea as there's a record of what you are insuring. The agent was very pleasant and it was a painless process to run through the items.
