Shipping delays, poor communication, tampered packaging
We had a terrible customer service and product experience. The company didn't keep us updated on shipping times. After weeks of not receiving the product, we followed up with them, and only after that was it shipped. When it arrived, the box had been tampered with and the seal was broken. When we queried this, Dylan and Rio in Customer Service explained they do a quality check on 1 box in every batch. I'm disappointed the team did not reseal the box after this check, especially around Christmastime when it's highly likely the product is a gift. It seems very unprofessional. I would suggest that the quality check be noted electronically in future, rather than leaving an unsealed box in the batch. Furthermore, Customer Service were incredibly unsympathetic and it didn't sound like their processes are going to be reviewed following our feedback. Due to the shipping delays, poor communication and tampered packaging, I would NOT recommend purchasing this product.

Your order was to Australia, and was delivered in 9 days after dispatch. The reason there was a slight delay in sending your order is because we do not usually ship to Australia, and Rio advised you of the slight error made on our end. We apologised for this, and ensured swift dispatch following this.
As above, we do not have a warehouse in Austraila, so it was shipped from our Intl. warehouse. A reminder that our advertised delivery time to Austraila is 7-15 days, so it arrived on time, and ahead of schedule.
In regards to your box being 'tampered with'. Your box has 2 very small, very tiny tape buttons to lock the box. We performed a micro slice to allow us access to your device to quality control check your charger.
Given you are in Australia, and we do not have a warehouse there, we wanted to ensure your internationally delivered product would not result in a return, which would be a negative experience for you. This is why your device was checked. This was done as a courtesy to you, and we're surprised that it has led to a 1-star review.
We will endeavour to be more sympathetic moving forward.

Never received their product. This is scam.
Their tracking said the package was delivered but I never received. I emailed them and no reply for more than two days. So I contacted my credit card to see what they could do. My cc reimbursed my payment right away. I'm glad they did. And then finally this caught "Go Dashed" attention. They sent me a nasty email saying I did not give them time to investigate. Hello...i gave you more than 2 days and they did not reply. If they even say they are investigating it, I will take that too. But NO REPLY for more than two days and now they send me such a "UNPROFESSIONAL & NASTY" email pretty much yelling at me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND. THERE ARE MANY SIMILAR PRODUCTS OUT THERE. BUY SOMETHING WITH BETTER SERVICE IN CASE YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE PARTS.

This is extremely unfair.
You emailed us at 1AM on Saturday morning, and we replied first thing, on Monday morning. Your review fails to mention the '2 days' you complain about, were the WEEKEND.
Your order was delivered, as proven by the GPS/photo of the DHL courier. We suspect the parcel was stolen, however you did not give us a chance to open an investigation, because by Monday morning, you had already opened a chargeback.
So yes, we were disappointed in your actions, as a reasonable customer would at least wait till a business day for us to reply/open an investigation, however you didn't give us a chance.
In future business transactions, a little patience would go a long way.

Neat apparatus. Did not realize adapters ONLY fit on the Godash...do not work as an adapter for other appliances. Got to Europe and had to buy a general adapter for straightener.

Excellent travel Charger
Although I have not yet travelled with my charger I have used it at home and it does everything as advertised. Small and compact, yet powerful, I am looking forward to using it in Australia soon. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and would hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

This will charge all of the items I take when travelling it has an excellent selection of connectors & charges quickly. Everything stores nicely into the solid case. I did have difficulty in tracking my order but after sending an email & a quick response my travel pod was delivered within 11 days after placing the order.

Great service and great gadget
Ordering from Dashed was very easy - website easy to navigate and choose what I wanted. I will use the universal charger on my trip to USA later this year but I've already tried out the different plugs, charging cables and wireless charging and it works a treat. Great that it has its own case too so it keeps it protected. Great service from ordering to delivery.

Hi,
As we discussed on email, because your address was outside a location where we have a local warehouse, it had to be shipped from our international warehouse.
Because the item you purchased is a lithium battery, it cannot sit in the cargo hold of passenger planes, so does have to travel on cargo only flights. This is why the delivery time was longer than say 1-3 days in USA or 1-5 days in Canada.
I have reviewed your tracking, and see it was delivered in a few days after your review.
So no, you were not 'scammed', the item was delivered on time, as advertised and as communicated.
We are disappointed that you feel this is worthy of a 1-star review.
Excellent customer service
I ordered a Go Dash for an upcoming trip to Africa. It arrived quickly and it is amazing! So many options for charging my earbuds and iPhone. One of the plugs was broken, and they responded and are sending me an entirely new unit and I will keep the other one. Thanks Go Dash!!!
