I was about half an hour early for my appointment for my female cat, but i was seen at my actual appointment. The lady that saw my cat for a consultation was quite caring and understanding of my cat’s condition. I did think my consultation fee was a bit expensive as Im on universal credit but she is worth it .

Whilst visiting any vet is not cheap, I always feel reassured after a visit here. The vets are knowledgeable and the reception staff are always helpful.

Always very attentive and patient staff. My old boy Barney (17) was very well taken care of by Dr Matthew the other day.

Wonderful service at this branch. Took my chicken for a health checkup. The staff were efficient, kind and friendly. The veterinarian was very experienced and helpful.
Never seen people go so above and beyond to help customers with their pets. Hope corporate understand the level of care these people put into this practice.

The vet was just lovely, explaining our cat Vinci’s issues and his options in a thorough and clear manner.

The woman vet there is super nice and social, she gave me lots of info about Frankie my Pug’s needs, making it easier to look up.

Fantastic team at Goddard Eastcote. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. Wouldn’t take my pets to any other vets. Highly recommend!

My dog, bless her, is 16 years old. She is always met with such care and attention. For that, I am extremely grateful as she can be a little grouchy with age but she’s nevertheless a gentle soul. So…. Thank you Goddard 🙏🏽

We have been taking our Dogs and other pets to Goddards for many years. The Reception staff and Nurses are very helpful and courteous. The Veterinary Sureons are incredibly knowledgeable and have a passion to help and care for your pets.

Really friendly staff who are always helpful with my questions. I have a British Shorthair and have been coming here for years, annual vaccinations have always been easily taken car of and other check ups are convenient to book and manage.

We recently took our dog to the vet it was a very positive experience. The vet took time to listen to our concerns. We really appreciated how she discussed potential long term options. Overall it was a very good experience.

Quick and efficient service for semi emergency treatment for a bite on my cat. Shame they always seem to have locums and can't find/ keep a permanent vet. Service still great. Thank you too to the kind staff on reception and the vetinary nurses.
