I placed an interntional order from Spain
I placed an order from Spain for 4 dresses. I kept 3 of them, they were absolutely beautiful, great quality. I wore two at a wedding and I am saving the third one for a special occassion. I returned one because it was a bit small for my size and got a refund.
Overall the service is great, including customer service which is very responsive. The only downside is that international orders take a few days, and you need to cover shipping cost for refunds, but I am very happy with my purchase and I will use them again.

Luxurious and high quality
I really liked the dress in terms of design and fabric. The quality is high, and the embroidery is well done, giving an elegant and luxurious look.
The size fits my body well overall, and the length was perfect for my height (160 cm / 5’2”).
The only issue was that the neckline was a bit wide for me, so I had to slightly adjust the shoulders to better match my shoulder width (14.5 cm).
After the adjustment, the dress fit perfectly. I would recommend it, especially for those with similar measurements, while keeping the neckline in mind.

I ordered two dresses from Goddiva via the Debenhams website, had to return two as they were too big for me, but they were beautiful dresses, made with quality material which makes a welcome change these days when ordering off the internet, for some reason I only received a refund for one dress, so I wrote to Goddiva Customer Service to chase my refund up, I was so impressed with how they handled the query, I received a reply back the next day and the refund was issued that day, it is so refreshing to know a company cares about giving excellent customer service and replying so prompt, well done Goddiva, keep up the good service as giving excellent customer service goes along way with customers.
