Great customer service bought 2 dresses and they are beautiful answered all my questions as never purchased from here before but really impressed so much so looking at purchasing another one 😁

Dress was lovely - ordered 2 different sizes - took a while to come and too late for Xmas/new year unfortunately. But prob would have kept the one that fitted if it didn’t have a fault in the stitching . Refund took a while ! And didn’t include original p&p. So far 3 emails sent asking for a refund of original post and packing as per distance selling laws / consumer rights have been ignored . Shame as I would like to purchase another dress and now reluctant to do so!

I’ve bought two dresses from Goddiva and both have been lovely. I’m 59 and a size 14 but some other makes come up small on the chest (I’m an F cup) These are a perfect fit at 14. I had so many lovely compliments even though I was concerned I may be too old for the style of dress.

The dress I ordered from Goddiva is absolutely stunning! I love how it fits—true to size and incredibly flattering. The quality exceeded my expectations, very good fabric. Good customer service via WhatsApp. I am beyond satisfied and will definitely shop here again!

I sent an order back to them that they acknowledge they received on 23 December. They still have not refunded me my order even though they said I would receive by yesterday.
The customer service is appalling.
Oh and not only do you have to pay postage to receive but you also have to pay postage to return which is even more infuriating that they still haven’t refunded me £308.60. Screams of cashflow problems and impending collapse.
Do not order from this company!

UPDATE -Shockingly they have now refunded how surprising when they’ve received a one star review. However to add insult to injury they are lying about the timeframe. Explaining days to me like I’m idiot when all it has proved is that they can’t count themselves and don’t follow their own policy. Seriously don’t order from this company. Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else!

I had a problem with the item ordered and the team quickly managed to organise an exchange. It was easy communicating with the team on business WhatsApp.

I find Goddiva very hit and miss - lovely quality clothing when received that is. I’ve been chasing on an item I ordered at the beginning of December 2025, where the tracking company informed me my item had been delivered. But delivered to where? As I haven’t received it. I tried reaching out to info@Goddiva and account @goddiva on several instances, but have no received no responses to my emails. Where do I go from here? Either refund my money or send my ordered item!!!!!!!!

This is just the most stunning dress and the fact that Godiva will alter the length for free is absolutely brilliant. I was quoted £60 to get this done elsewhere so it really adds a lot of extra value to these dresses that are already brilliant value for the quality.

Excellent customer service! - I ordered a dress from Goddiva through ASOS but it didn’t fit me well so I had to return it. There was some complication with the return, royalmail didn’t pick up the package from locker for a month. I contacted the customer service of Goddiva and they solved my problem really fast and return me the money.

Beautiful variety of dresses all reasonably priced. The dress I ordered was absolutely gorgeous, only reason I had to return it was due to the length, it was to long for me and the type of dress you could not shorten. Delivery was quick and refund was also quick. Will definitely ship here again 🙂

From order to delivery was really quick. The dress (green starburst maxi ) is gorgeous and true to size. At 5.9 I will still need a decent heel so it’s on the long side but that’s a really nice change!

I want to compliment Goddiva.
Their clothes are generally of a very good quality, nice design and they have a good return/refund terms.

The website is bit slow,,I guess it is because of overload of customers browsing in the same time. Items in a basket stays for reasonable time to save ypur favourite and come back.

I ordered Goddiva from Debenhams but the address was wrong. After contacting Debenhams a few times without any reply, I contacted Goddiva and they cancelled the order immediately for me. The whole experience is very smooth and helpful. I will place another order via official website this time

I ordered several outfits from Goddiva via TikTok Shop and returned the entire order. Although the quality was lovely, the sizing was very inconsistent and varied significantly between items labelled as the same size. I’ve ordered from Goddiva before and own some beautiful, well-fitting dresses, so I’m not sure what has gone wrong on this occasion.

I also experienced a few issues with the refund, as not all items were included initially and the payment had still not been received after 14 days. That said, the customer service team have been very responsive and helpful throughout.
