GSQ a premium brand? — the whole situation felt like a circus...
My experience with this store has been extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish.
The original order I received was damaged. Instead of offering a proper replacement, I was initially only offered a partial refund, which is unacceptable for a brand-new item. After I pushed back, they agreed to send a replacement blouse and confirmed that it had been shipped.
However, a week later, I was suddenly informed that the item was actually out of stock, and the order had been cancelled.
Then came the refund process — or rather, the lack of it. I was told that the refund had been issued and advised to check with my bank. I kept insisting on some confirmation of the transaction. Eventually, they admitted that the refund hadn’t been processed at all.
This is not how a premium brand should operate — the whole situation felt like a circus, not a professional customer service experience. I’ve ordered from this store before, but after this chaos, I won’t be coming back.
Also, the Order Protection fee (which is obligatory) I paid clearly provided no real benefit and should be removed entirely.
