This is my 3rd time ordering from appliancesconnection.com and the 5th major appliance I've purchased from them. I currently have a new refrigerator on order with them and Mike Salcedo has kept me informed of the process to date. With everyone being shorthanded and shipping issues across the US, it's great to have a customer service person like him to keep you informed. Just another benefit to a company with great products and prices! Keep up the great work!

Mike Salcedo, via chat was able to very quickly and thoroughly fix my order by upgrading one item for one in stock, while maintaining the other two on their place in backorder, along with all the "extras" previously purchased. This is already a trying season for Customer Support and with the major supply chain issues. He is to be commended!

I recently spoke with Mike Salcedo about setting up an account with Appliance Connection. The conversation was difficult from my end because of a weak connection, I think. Nevertheless he kindly and carefully helped me to sent the account.

I’ve purchased several appliances from this company. They alway provide a great price and great delivery options. In this latest case, I ordered a dishwasher and had it delivered the very next day. Great job.

Had the best experience with Mike Salcedo today! The best customer service I have received in a good long while.

First, I had questions about 2 different brands of dishwashers. My questions were answered swiftly and a quick decision was able to be made by me.

The next day, I found the same product for a lesser price and a needed cord as a bonus. Santiago DiSanto was a pleasure to work with and had all my information in a FLASH! He found and verified the product, sent the price match, and when I told him I would be needing more appliances he sent me a gift certificate for future use.
So far...I have had nothing but a positive experience!

Ordering was simple and easy, and my order was processed quickly. Got a shipping and delivery date within 24 hours. Driver was ahead of schedule, so the refrigerator arrived early. Great price and quick delivery.

I don’t do this very often but when I get EXCELLENT help, I take the time. I had a problem with an item that was shipped wrong, it was the carrier’s fault. Santiago DiSanto helped me out SO MUCH! He took the time to get the Carrier on the phone and conference me in. I have never had such a polite, professional experience with an issue. I even spoke with Santiago’s Supervisor, Mike, another very professional experience. I paid a little more buying the item from these guys, because I was in a bind. Santiago’s and Mike’s help really made me happy I did. You just don’t get real customer support from the many vendors you find on the internet these days. Count me as 5-star satisfied.
