I spoke with Santiago Di Santo…

I spoke with Santiago Di Santo regarding the timing for delivery of an ice maker. I was able to receive a call back instead of waiting on hold, Santiago was able to answer my questions, and I've had the same positive experience with prior employees as I called about arranging to ship other appliances separately. The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is because the length of time waiting for items to ship. I realize this is not Appliance Connections fault but still frustrating.

Wonderful Customer Service

I've been waiting since June for my refrigerator that I ordered through Goedeker's. Each time I call I have a wonderful interaction with a patient, kind person. I understand they can't control the global supply chain shortages, but they do a great job with their customer service and I really appreciate it.

KitchenAid induction burner/double oven fixed

I received my KitchenAid induction burner/double oven last week. I tried to use the ovens and they wouldn't heat. When I tried the self-clean function, I got and error message that read door open. I contacted Meghan at Goedeker's and she arranged for a warranty repair. The repair technician quickly found the problem - the lower oven door close sensor was broken. Thank you Meghan. I greatly appreciate the rapid help.

Misleading the consumers *update* FRAUD

We ordered a double oven and a dishwasher back in August, 2021. A that time, both items were out of stock everywhere. We assume they were in stock in Goedeker's when we were able to check out both items, and nowhere did it say on their site that the items were backordered. A couple months later, we got an email saying that the dishwasher will not be back in stock until late April 2022, and that the double oven will not be back in stock until a few weeks later (which, has been delayed every single time I check with them. As of now, it has been delayed for almost three months).

I have no problem with items being out of stock, but I do have an issue with Goedeker's misleading the consumers, making it seem that the item you want is in stock and can be shipped right away when you place the order, and not informing you the correct status of the item. You will be able to cancel any item that has not been shipped, but I was told that you have to submit a cancellation request, and they will have to review and approve it, which sounds to me like another hurdle you have to go through.

*edit* The orders were through my husband's account, which is why my name isn't showing in their system. However, I have personally been involved with checking the status of the order every single time.

*updated on February* They have charged us both items and now claimed that dishwasher order was cancelled and double oven is discontinued. We DID NOT cancel anything nor were we notified about the discontinuation of anything. And now we have to reach out to our bank to dispute these transactions. I have reached out to SUNNY the representative but heard nothing (she was very active when there was an issue with our bank and causing them not able to charge us). These people are thieves and fraud, I am seriously consider filing a complaint with the state AG.

GE Cafe Cooktop was ordered and paid…

GE Cafe Cooktop was ordered and paid for on 2/26/21. Delivery was initially scheduled for July, then August, then October, then November, and now says "delivery unknown". I just checked my account on the Goedeker's portal and they now show "No Orders have been placed with this account."

If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.
Worst customer service I have experienced. Read from a scrip, not helpful and non responsive. I have been waiting a year for a refrigerator and though I completely understand the world shortage of components and logistics challenges, I have been told several ship dates that never happen and when the ship date came i would have to contact them for them to give me another ship date which was 2 months later. This happened Every time I contacted them. Then they told me it was available but wouldn't ship for another 2 months. I asked to speak to a manager several times in which they said someone would get in touch with me in 24 to 48hrs and that never happened. They have no answers and do not even pretend to care.

NEVER shop here

NEVER shop here. After multiple delays, I received a light with cosmetic damages ALL over. Because it took so long to arrive and it was going to be mounted, I hoped that the damages would not be noticeable. I hired an electrician and it turns out the light that was sent to me was defective. Not only did it not work, it blew out my switch and I needed to get my old light reinstalled, plus a new switch. I am out hundreds of dollars and after reaching out to Goedekers customer service more than 5 times - no response. Worst experience I've ever had with a retailer. Absolutely zero integrity, quality control or accountability. They should not be in business and will be reported to the BBB.

Wish I could give them zero stars like…

Wish I could give them zero stars like everyone else says I did a washer and dryer they came damaged scratches they told me they give me a 10 year extended warranty the washing machine already comes with a 10 year extended warranty then they said they would refund me $100 the best they can do then I made the mistake of ordering an upright freezer. It took a year to get $100 refund and now it’s been a year since I’ve ordered my freezer and I still haven’t received it. Will never buy from this company and I will make sure that none of my friends do business with this company and I will go on every platform I can to tell what horrible service you get from Goedekers and A&M home delivery service

I wish I could give them NO stars

I wish I could give them NO stars. Horrible. Run as fast you can and NEVER use this company. I'm currently on hold for 48 minutes, trying to get customer service. They are trying to deliver a dryer I've waited for 8 months for delivery. I paid for delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer. They are "dropping" my dryer in the driveway of my condo building. I cannot reach customer service to finally cancel this order. NIGHTMARE! They don't answer heir phone and do not pay attention to instructions. I'm beside myself.

I wish I could leave zero stars

I ordered a sofa with an 8-12 week lead time 11 months ago, on Sept 29 2020. Today is August 29, 2021. No sofa after numerous calls. They are blaming the carrier instead of finding or shipping me another. I've been more than patient and they only keep offering a refund. I don't want a refund, want the sofa you sold me a year ago, that's I've patiently waited on. This company is a joke. Order #1000035235

This is the worst company to have them…
This is the worst company to have them deliver or pick up item. I ordered a product from GOEDEKERS firstly the items arrived very late and then the delivery company delivered it damaged. The customer service over the phone is horrible. You wait for hours and no one responds. It’s been a nightmare to return a product from this company . Please don’t let them fool you.

Beware! This company is unbelievably bad!

This company is unbelievably bad. I bought a patio chair from them. It was delivered one month later in a box that looked like it was run over by a bulldozer, and obviously broken. I called immediately. They told me to take and send pictures of the box, so I did. Three days later they told me I had to open the box and show them what parts were broken. That’s ridiculous. Don’t buy anything from these people! They try to make it your fault and charge return shipping and restocking for trash. Beware!

I hardly know where to start

I hardly know where to start, other than I WISH I HAD LOOKED FOR REVIEWS before giving my hard-earned dollars to this company. Everything everyone has said in their reviews, I underline and capitalize. I placed an order in March for 5 major appliances - $8000+. Goedeker's charged my credit card immediately. By May I had received 3 of the 5. In late May I was told 1 of the remaining had shipped to the 'depot' who was waiting for the last piece. I called a few weeks later to find out the status and was told the 'depot' had the 1 piece and was still waiting for the second. On Aug 4 I called; they told me the first piece was waiting to ship from manufacturer in OCTOBER! I told them I wanted to cancel the remaining pieces. They said their finance people would have to contact the manufacturer before issuing my refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said none were available and they would have one call me back. Surprise...no call back. I called again on Aug 6, and had to repeat my story. Same outcome...would have someone call me back, but no call back. I called this morning Aug 9, talked to yet another person - he told me as of June 28, they were gathering the 'pieces' to get ready to ship to me???? It's Aug 9, and the Range is shipping from inside the US and it's taking them 45 days? He said if it has already shipped I will have to pay shipping charges in order to cancel my order. I asked for...yes, a callback from a supervisor. I am astonished this place is still in business. Please do yourself a favor and think before you leap at doing business with this unsavory cheat of a company.

Abysmal do not do business with this company!

I placed an order with Goedekers on March 31, 2021 (Order #10089046) FOR $3000 worth of furniture. Prior to placing my order on-line, I reached out to the service team to verify both the price and availability of inventory. I was assured I could expect my order by the end of April 2021. Assuming your representatives were speaking truthfully, I placed my order. That was a big mistake.
After placing my order in March, I contacted Goedekers numerous times to get an ETA on my delivery. I was finally told in May that my couches would be in stock by the manufacturer on June 7th, shipping shortly thereafter. I followed up to confirm, only to be told they were waiting to hear from the vendor (I received this response no less then 3-4 times). Yesterday I received an email telling me the couches were discontinued by the manufacturer (which is untrue; the couches are projected to be in stock in early July). After reaching out to a Manager last week, we were personally assured the furniture was on its way. This week we were contacted by this same Manager to let us know that the order has been cancelled, that they are no longer doing business with Parker House Living, the manufacturer of the sofas we purchased. This company took our money and held if for 4 months with no intention of delivering or fulfilling our order. They are basically thieves. I even wrote an email to CEO Doug Moore to let him know the kind of service his company provides. I have yet to receive a response.
I have contacted this company no less that 10-15 times regarding the status and expected delivery of my order, seemingly simple straightforward requests. I was looking for honest information; after paying your company $3000, that is the least I should expect. Many months later I am frustrated by the lack of follow-up or follow-through, lack of return calls, and overall poor service provided by this company. My most recent interactions leading me to this email.
As you can imagine, I am extremely frustrated. Not only don't I have the items I ordered and paid for, but am now left having to start the process over again with another retailer, waiting another 8 weeks to receive my furniture. This is unacceptable.
E-commerce business is not just based on supplying customers with top brands, minimal inventory, and strong supplier relationships. Successful E-commerce is built on providing shoppers with a positive service experience. Based on my recent interactions with this company and the complaints I have now read on the BBB website, please do not do business with this company. They may appear to have competitive prices, but you are paying for absolutely nothing but aggravation!

ABSOLUTELY WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Horrible customer service. I ordered a grill back in February and it has been paid for the entire time. The grill has arrived damaged TWICE . Now I am being told it is no longer available but cant get the company to send me a replacement list of other options or even return an email. Forget it if you have to call them you will be on hold for hours with very little assistance. Save yourself the time and headache do not order from here!!!

Don’t ever buy from this…company

Don’t ever buy from this company!!!!This is the worse company I have ever seen in my life. They lie to you say the whirlpool side by side refrigerator was in stock and I would have it in 2 weeks. Well after they took my money right away and never hearing from them with a date to deliver and install and haul away that I paid for I called and was told it shipped they would contact the carrier and get back to me in 24 to 48 hours of course they never do so I call again multiple times I get told the very same thing no one ever responds. It’s all lies I have asked for a refund 2 times now and was told because it has shipped 6 weeks ago should have had in 2 they would put in the request and some one would call me. I know it’s another lie. I’m not going to continue to let them do this. I am going to post this review every day every where I can. I will get an attorney if I have to this is beyond false advertisement!!! Its flat out lies !!!! Every person they have there lies!!! They all say the exact same thing. Must be part of their training !!!!

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT SHOPPING HERE. I consider myself a reasonable person, and believe I have been generous, kind, and nice to Goedeker's despite the absolute terror they have given us... our experience with Goedekers has been absolute trash. We ordered a full suite of appliances in November of 2020, including a Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, and Dishwasher. We were told that many of our appliances would be delivered by early January 2021. We are now halfway through June 2021, with NO APPLIANCES. We have called every week for months. Asking. Begging. Pleading for updates. We are always given the answer that the appliances are coming, and soon. We have tried to replace those appliances with others, but Goedeker's isn't really willing to help find ones that would be adequate replacements. We have been lied to repeatedly. I have called asking for any help to understand why we have been given so many false dates of when our appliances will arrive. My last call was to talk to a manager, and in typical Goedeker's fashion, like many of our calls, they have not called us back like they promised.

If you like a company taking your money for months, without any concrete answers, with terrible customer service, and delays in providing your appliances for more than 8 months, than please, please shop at Goedeker's. For any other sane individual, go LITERALLY anywhere else.

Purchased a bathroom vanity from there…

Purchased a bathroom vanity from there last summer which was a great price & quality but the delivery was a little choppy but it was subcontracted out. Our dishwasher was breaking. Goeddekers had it in stock at an okay price and we paid the $1200 for it. After 6 weeks they said they were having shipping problems though it appeared on the website the appliance was at the dock. Then I found out they don't have a delivery date at all in mind. I hear there are problems with the pandemic but for the company to take money without any sort of plan makes me think they have made a mistake on their website. Update they did release the money which was an acceptable resolution.
