Lack of communication from Goff i.e
Lack of communication from Goff i.e. they do not follow delivery instructions as they cannot deliver without me being present. My tank is not accessible. They do not contact you the day before twice they tried to deliver twice. I was not notified. Luckily I was just coming home as the second delivery arrived, but I am very annoyed at the fact that they do not follow the instructions that you give for your delivery not just once but twice even though they promised me they would contact me for the second attempt not sure I would buy from them again as I have not bought from them for quite some time and maybe this is why I stopped last time

The delivery driver was outstanding
The delivery driver was outstanding, he was pleasant, polite and his English was excellent, he had to use nearly all of the hose reel to get to the tank, he was so careful going past the cars, going through our car port, and very careful not to damage our plants and flowers. He serves your company with flying colours.

More than just a delivery!
We’ve just moved into the Norwich area and we’ve never used oil before. Mark just turned up with our delivery and gave me the complete lowdown on buying oil, measuring usage and making our tank even safer and lots more besides. He’s a really friendly chap and he was an absolute legend; a real credit to the business going above and beyond the call of duty. We will definitely use this service again.
