Still not received my parcel, been waiting 2 weeks now

I have not received anything, the tracker says its on the way to royal mail but nothing has arrived at all

I bought an item and the day after, well before the item was sent, requested a refund. I didn’t hear back from the company and they sent out the item. Now I have to request a return and hope to get the refund. If they reply.

Not arrived , and no one is responding

Ordered 3 items 7 days ago still not received them despite an email sent by go gadget stating that items had been despatched on the 17th November 2022, we are now 25th November still no sign, sent an email to customer service, 3 days ago no reply other than an email trying to sell their wears, and a asking for feedback. Don't think I'll be buying from them again, looks like a PayPal dispute is coming.

What went wrong was you missed up My address bye adding the number 7 to My address and my Ear Buds we're sent back to you, so I called you people too get my address fixed and was told we can't do that, so then t told the man I wanted my money back and One more time I was we can't do that.

My dsughter Ordered jiggle elephant on 28/8/22 STILL NOT RECEIVED DESPITE E MAILS!! Money taken from bank. No resolution as yet. Called the store today, pleasant young man, said will pass to manager. Await resolve

Item ordered on the 10th September and I paid extra for 2 to 3 day delivery as it was a birthday present for the 18th Sept.
On Thursday 15th I rang the store to complain that I had not received my goods or a dispatch email and that I would like to cancel the order.
The store phoned me back and told me that they were not sure if it had been dispatched.
Email received 21st Sept to inform me that the item has just been dispatched.
Item delivered 22nd, I have phoned the contact number again and spoke to a member of staff and asked for a refund on my postage costs of £4.99 for the 2 to 3 day delivery.
Phoned the store again 28th to chase up my refund, advised to contact support via email. No reply from 2 emails sent, one to cancel, one for the refund.
1st Oct store supervisor phone me and informed me that he had emailed the distribution supervisor to expedite my refund.
Friday 14th Oct, refund finally arrived for my postage costs 35 days after my purchase.

Order on 14th September with a 4/5 day delivery. Received an email 20th September to say it is being dispatched. Item was wanted for birthday on the 3rd October. Item still not received 12th October. Emailed several times without response. Avoid this company.

Awful experience. Delayed dispatch of parcel despite chasing. Product arrived. Absolutely awful quality. Emailed three times to try to seek a refund with no response. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the toy poodle jigzle at the end of August and have yet to receive it - one month later. Not impressed. No response either to my email asking for a progress report.
UPDATE: I did eventually receive a reply. They've had problems, apologised profusely and gave a refund as product no longer available. Fair enough!

Not received my order after 7 days of waiting. No update on delivery and no response from the emails I’ve sent. Absolutely ridiculous and will be disputing this with my bank to get the money back! The items I ordered were for my daughters birthday party, how happy she’s going to be when she knows they won’t be arriving!!

We havent even received our delivery and still we haven’t got another parcel that manager said he sent out .. had nothing and was meant to be for my daughters birthday .. now had to email and let’s hope I get a refund asap

Well packed and looks great even though it was bought as a Christmas present , it looks good quality .
