Dr. Lavan is fantastic. Appointments are easy to book, often available the same or next day, and reasonably priced. He didn’t dismiss my complex health issues like others have. Instead, he referred me to the right specialist and always provides excellent care, whether online or in person. I’ve visited multiple times, and his approach has been consistently outstanding.

A fantastic GP service with Dr Vanessa Sandhu who is a kind, caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy individual. A really easy process and good experience, from start to finish. Booking an appointment is never an issue and email confirmation is received in a timely manner. After receiving a diagnosis, an electronic prescription is received via email and is easily completed by any and all pharmacies. I would highly recommend this GP service and if I could give 1000 stars, then I would, happily!

Being an extremely busy individual I don’t have time to be spending ages trying to book an NHS GP appointment, waiting days to be seen, camping out in the waiting room and then catching a new virus while waiting! Dr Vanessa Sandhu at Gogodoc was absolutely First class. Diagnosed my symptoms straight away, prescription picked up within an hour and problem dealt with. Quick and efficient.

Dr Lavan is a kind man and a gifted physician. He has the desired attributes of a skilled diagnostician, intent listener, thoughtful communicator, and kind-hearted human being. I was traveling in London and the UK recently, and he helped me when I was frustrated and confused about a possible UTI and/or other possibly related issues. In addition to my discomfort and worry, I was unfamiliar with accessing health care in London. His administrative people and he made it quick and easy for me. He also put a rush on test results for me and communicated promptly. Most of all I appreciate his kind nature and ease with which I could talk to him. I greatly appreciate him being there for me and would recommend him without hesitation.

Quick easily accessible service, consultation was not rushed and the doctor was able to help. Would definitely use this in the future.

I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs it. The staff go above and beyond, Dr Raj Dhillon listened attentively and ensured I was happy with everything. He prioritised my request. However, I was exceptionally pleased with Hitch, as he went above and beyond for me in terms of advising me and helping me resolve technical issues I was having. I am very pleased with the service Hitch provided as well as Dr Raj Dhillon.

Dr Varathan was very professional and also very personable to deal with. He was very informative about my condition and explained the steps to recovery in detail and also advised on what to do if the recovery does take longer than normal. All explained in everyday language. As I am travelling in the UK and Europe his advice was very reassuring.

I had an excellent experience with gogodocs: while in severe pain and unable to get an appointment with my GP, a home visit was seamlessly arranged by Hitch and Dr. Varathan arrived in less than one hour, providing very professional and kind service. He also gave me immediate feedback as soon as tests results came in.

Gogodoc is a fantastic GP service. I have used them a couple of times when I am unable to access my own GP through the NHS.
The process is easy to book a telephone appointment with prompt email confirmation and a 3 hour window of when the call back will be. I have never had to wait more than 30mins from booking to receive my call.
The doctors are professional, sympathetic and don't rush you off the phone. They are pleasant to talk to and offer solutions after a thorough discussion of my medical worries.
Once a diagnosis has been given I have received an electronic prescription which is easily dispensed by my local pharmacy.
I would recommend this service and have also felt reassured and listened to after my call. All correspondence is via email if there are any issues and responses are prompt.
I highly reccommend!
