It is easy to submit my artwork to Gogoprint platform and their service to deliver is quick and productive. Has been returning back to their service for name card creation. Reasonable pricing with accurate printing/cutting.

Good quality printing, easy process and affordable price

Ordered 1 week before a event. Namecard package was not delivered and there's no way to track the package.
No tracking number no delivery photo. On top of that their whatsapp is not responsive, texted them two days only one very late respond saying they'll try to track and ended up with another whole day of no responding. Still no respond now and the order is running late for our event.
Ordered with them a few times thought we can trust them ended up to be very dissapointed.

Convenient and affordable. Happy with the quality of the prints.

no frills. very good. just print with them. they will settle the print with their network.

Delayed delivery, paid for faster shipment and stated for friday delivery but failed to deliver on time.
With the fact that my case isn’t unique and MULTIPLE reviews from other users have been written on the same issue, I’m not even surprised at this point.
If I were you, I’d listen to them like I should have done earlier as well.
First and last time using their service.

I love this totally self service platform which has a great variety of offerings and can all be submitted online. The service is fast, punctual and cost effective.

Truly truly disappointing. I used them 2 years ago and had smooth service so was looking forward to using them again but this time round.. My god. Every single step of the process was horrendous and full of issues. Every single order they said they can't process my image (which was in the right format btw) because it wasn't saved specifically in adobe illustrator. They then tried to charge me $5 each for "processing fee" which involved them opening my file and resaving it. After complaining, they got it through (after much back and forth). Delivery was delayed multiple times without a single notice (and when I complained again all they had was oh sorry here's 10% off). Here's the kicker - I got an NFC name card and the colours weren't just off but they were completely unrecognisable from the original haha. They tried to pass this off as "oh yeah NFC cards have different printing process so it may not be an exact match".

Honestly, never again. Gogoprint, get your act together. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

Bad experience. Don’t answer promptly and goods are late for delivery. I am still waiting for the goods

Great quality stickers, speedy delivery and affordable price

Terrible service and attitude! Paid extra to get an early delivery but they failed to deliver even before the deadline! What's the point of paying more? They said the first delivery attempt was failed because of overtime! But the tracking status showed they delivered at 10:45pm. Excuse me, which office would operate till nearly 11pm. Today is 22nd Oct 2025, but I still never get my items. Lots of excuses, super delayed response, disappearing couriers! Very disappointed towards everything at Gogoprint!
