My original artwork was not good enough for a good print. Gogoprint support team guided me the basic requirement and helped me correct it, I am very happy with the printed result.

navigating the website was slightly confusing but overall it was easy to place an order. delivery time was incredibly fast. would recommend.

Ordered a banner from Gogoprint on 18/8/2025 for delivery on 27/8/2025. Customer service so far so good then to realise.. delivery was late. It was not received on 27/8/2025 and despite contacting them on 28/8/2025 to have the item delivered on time on 28/8/2025..and it is 5pm now and still not received. We have a business to run and if every vendor is to come late on us, we would have shut down doors soon... good and bad experience both at the same time, so for those who wants to print banners or anything, please think twice.

easy to navigate around the website. appreciate that before we proceed to print, gogoprint even helped to correct the dimensions and explained the details required to make it look perfect since i'm such a noob and knows nothing about design techs.

It is very bad experience. The designer didn't know the difference between ceramic mug and wine glass.
He was not able to complete the job, hence was supposed to get refund. But didn't refund me anything and keep showing me that they have refunded into my credit card, but I don't even use any credit. Never checked with me my bank details and stopped replying to my messages.

Be careful!

They were really fast in replying to my enquiries and has been very helpful since I wanted to cut cost and thus changed the details of my orders a couple of times. They also reminded me to send a higher quality photo and I did not have to worry about dealing with the bleeding but they did it all perfect as the design that I sent to them. Fast delivery too within the same day, despite their conservative claim before I made the order which I would have expected the delivery to be after 1-2days. Thank you so much you save my day!

I was looking for a new printing company after my previous one moved further away. I found gogoprint online and was attracted to their pricing method, and reasonable delivery fee, and wanted to give it a try. I submitted and paid for a 6 working day delivery, but received it in 3 working days. I am very satisfied with the print quality.

Prompt response. Delivery provided and save me time. Constant updates of work progress including delivery date/time of arrival. Peace of mind knowing the items are on time with good product.

Used this company twice now and both times they've done a great job. Efficient, super speedy delivery and communication. Even when I wasn't able to provide something in the right file, they helped me sort it out.

I ordered my business cards 2 weeks in advanced. Told customer service that i had a flight on 12 Apr and they told me they will deliver by 11 Apr. I'm now overseas attending several business meetings with NO business card.
