It's been 10 days since you said I would be contacted and no one has contacted me yet.
L.E: Update: I was contacted by the support department and John was awesome and resolved my issue. I was really pleasantly surprised by John's promptness and level of responsiveness. Thanks for the response and the resolution, but you still have a problem with the platform and I think it's related to the email addresses that are personalized and run on the servers of the company's website domain.
