Not even a worth for 1 star, ridiculous place. Cancelled my appointment without my knowledge and stating they called me and I cancelled it, I challenged them to find the call records which they couldn't find and started giving rubbish excuse that I have cancelled previous appointments blah yes I did twice I had COVID this month testing positive still and on top I was pregnant with issues which I explained. Finally I've removed myself from this horrible dentist. I have taken this forward with IBC and quality commission. You will receive a notice soon, bunch of liar's. I struggled with my newborn today coming to your place and you will now receive a notice soon.

I found the call center to be unhelpful. The call center gave short answers to my questions and seemed to be trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Even hung up on me before I could finish speaking. Additionally, the company's website is full of misleading information. I believe that the company is more interested in saving day than in providing good customer service.
