Public Warning & Feedback – Goigi IGLOBAL IMPACT ITES PVT LTD

I am sharing this feedback to warn others based on my documented experience with Goigi IGLOBAL IMPACT ITES PVT LTD.

I hired this company in May 2025 to develop a website for my non-profit organization. I paid approximately $600 CAD. The project was delivered in June 2025, nearly two months late.

Shortly after delivery, I began experiencing issues with unreasonable post-delivery charges. When I later requested the creation of two basic email addresses, I was asked to pay an additional $200, which forced me to hire another IT professional instead.

Documented Timeline (Key Facts)

December 12, 2025: I called Goigi once. The website was fully functional at that time.

December 14, 2025: My independent IT professional made updates to the live website (content and images).

December 17, 2025: I missed five (5) calls from Goigi from the number +1 415-796-0156 while I was on vacation with my family.

December 22, 2025: I gave a presentation about my non-profit organization to friends, using the website live. It was fully accessible and working.

December 24, 2025: The website was still up and running.

After December 24: The website suddenly reverted to a broken/default WordPress state without my authorization.

January 2, 2026: I contacted their customer support. I was told that Sayan Bhadury (Team Leader) would contact me and explain how the website could be “restored.”

Major Red Flags

Instead of restoring the existing website or releasing my files, Goigi:

Denied any responsibility despite the website working as late as December 24

Claimed they had “no access” while simultaneously offering to “restore” the site

Conditioned investigation and restoration on purchasing an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

Demanded $420–$450 CAD to restore a website that already existed and had been paid for

Attempted to reframe the issue as “expired maintenance” rather than addressing the disappearance of a functioning website

At multiple points, I clearly requested either:

Restoration of my existing website at no or reasonable cost, or

Immediate delivery of all website files, source code, and database backups

Both requests were refused unless I prepaid an AMC.

After my final formal message disputing their claims and requesting logs, backups, and file release, they stopped responding entirely.

Security Concerns

Due to the seriousness of the situation, I was forced to:

Change all passwords for Hostinger, GoDaddy, and WordPress

Report the matter to Hostinger and GoDaddy

Escalate the issue as a potential security and access violation

Conclusion

This experience involved:

Missed deadlines

Excessive and unjustified charges

Refusal to release client-owned assets

Pressure to pay for restoration of an already paid website

Complete silence after formal escalation

Based on the facts above, I strongly advise anyone considering Goigi IGLOBAL IMPACT ITES PVT LTD to proceed with extreme caution. Make sure you:

Control your own hosting and backups

Get everything in writing

Clarify post-delivery access and exit rights

Avoid giving full control without safeguards

I would not recommend this company.

I had a small project for Goigi to work on. I spoke with Kaustav. He seemed polite and knowledgeable about copying software from one server to another.
This small project took a couple hours and there was no issues.

Months later I wanted Goigi to work on another more complicated project. He said that it would take about 3-4 weeks and cost 2K. I gave him half down and I asked him if can check the code from a previous company. He said at No charge. Weeks go by, and all I got was excuse after excuse. That their was an Indian holiday and another vacation time and just excuse after excuse. 5 weeks go by and NOTHING I asked for was done. They presented a report on the website that I didn't ask for and then said now the project is going to cost 3K.

Beware of this scam company since they don't perform and try and screw you out of more money with Nothing in return.

Fun fact: before i hired goigo, i paid for an internal onshore, US based website designer, and the process was awful, as well the previous site. and gogi fixed things and made it right !

Do not trust this companies fake promises. Very very bad company. They only take money,do nothing. They also manipulate client's information. They are basically a SCAMMER.

SCAM – AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I was scammed out of £200 by this company. They promised services and delivered absolutely nothing. After taking the payment, they constantly spammed me with phone calls but provided no work, no progress, and no value whatsoever.

It’s a complete con — just empty promises and pressure tactics. Do not trust them. They talk a good game to get your money, then vanish or bombard you with useless calls. I strongly recommend staying away from Goigi.

Save your money and go elsewhere.

Joining this company as a Business Development Executive was the biggest mistake of my career. From day one, there was zero onboarding, no strategy, and no real support. I was expected to close deals without any marketing backing, no usable CRM, and outdated materials that looked like they were thrown together in 2010.

Management had no clue how sales or business development works. You’re pressured to hit insane targets without being given the tools or freedom to actually do your job.

The internal politics are brutal. Promotions and recognition go to bootlickers, not performers. If you question anything or suggest a better way to do things, you’re seen as a threat. Meanwhile, leadership takes credit for your wins and blames you when things go wrong — even when it’s due to their own bad decisions.

There is absolutely no vision or growth path. You’re just a disposable sales machine to them. If you're a BD professional who values your skills and self-respect, stay far, far away from this place.

Stay away from this company as long as the synonym of toxicity the so called gm Kustav dutta in power. Iglobal don't provide
you salary slip and physical joining latter that they provide has no value in any other company. Also there is no Job security and privacy.

The experience was horrible. The so called General Manager Kaustav Dutta is a mess to the company who knows nothing about sales It is because of him the company is standing still and going nowhere. Do not believe me experience it once joining the company and you will come to know. I have given 2 years of my carrier to the company and still haven’t got my last salary and incentive which is a very common thing in Goigi. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! Think 1000 times before joining this company.

This company has been calling me for years. A few months ago they called me again and I explained to them that I did not want to use their services and add me to their do not call list, Instead, they called me at least 30 times within an hour. I eventually blocked their number. Today, I received another call from them. I explained to the person that called me about my last experience with them and his response was how many times did I call you today? I told him what does that matter when I blocked your company from calling me. What does this guy do? He rudely hangs up.

Stay away from GOIGI.

Great customer experience and on time fulfilment

These people are NOT TRUSTWORTHY. If you start a project with them 1. you'll notice that they will live your website waaaay before it's finished. 2. You will notice a lot of visitors on your site even though you haven't started advertising--ask yourself: why are so many visitors coming to my UNFINISHED site? (They will tell you they need to live the site to attach the shopping cart) 3. Check your email logs. Chances are there is an email address created from your domain that you did not authorize and have no access to. Look at the IP addresses. 4. You may or may not receive an insignificant amount of money Venmo'd to you from a complete stranger. 5. They will delay the project as long as they can to do whatever they are doing on your domain behind the scenes. 6. As a bonus they will overcharge you for services they have no intention of delivering. THEY JUST NEED YOUR DOMAIN SO THEY CAN CONTINUE USING YOU AS A MULE. If any of the above sounds familiar revoke access, turn on 2FA, change your password including your ftp password.

They built my website perfectly and it is very well built. I must say it's worth the money!
