Kudos to this team for the great & beautiful work done on our site ArnoldBread. This team from India really need our appreciation as the work performed needs a huge round of applause. Perfect design as the way we wanted with great features and functions in the user friendly admin portal. Goigi, you deserves 5 Stars out of 5. Keep it up. This company is super sketchy. Kaustav and Sayan are nice at first, but they really just want to take your money and offer you garbage service in return without accommodating changes or client needs. To say they are unprofessional is an understatement since their communication involves being copied to a team where people harass you over and over. There are tons of companies out there who actually know what they are doing and can communicate well with clients - this company is NOT one of them. They should be avoided at all costs if you don't want your time and money to be wasted. On top of this, they can't perform half of the services they claim - at least not without using crappy AI tools. They are a joke.

[updated] since posting the review they actually started working toward a solution but ultimately reverted to the terrible tactics and incessant messages described below. Since they insist on being unwilling to resolve this very simple matter, I have chosen to re-post this review highlighting their unprofessional communication methods.

I had started the process of planning a project with these guys but external factors on my end changed and before project start and I needed to call it off. Normally any decent company would give you a small deposit back, but these people falsely tried to convince me for 3 days that they had “a team assigned” and all this nonsense back and forth gaslighting me into believing they had already done work when clearly they had not. (At that point still nothing had even been demonstrated) Despite me asking for the deposit back repeatedly they refused and finally even presented me with some one page hack ai version of an existing website of mine (which also had nothing to do with the project I was asking them to do) and continued to try and argue ignore facts and gaslight me - all for a measly couple hundred bucks. It was a pathetic way to treat a potential partner since I would have considered starting the project later this year.

Just look at their reply to this review. It’s literally proof of how ridiculous and circular the conversations are with these jokers. Scammers with no integrity.

Their work is incompetent and they will flood you with unwanted calls every day.

Read the negative reviews and then read the responses from their so-called owner. The negative reviews are authentic and trustworthy, while the replies are lies, and the majority of positive reviews are fabricated.

Stay away, far away, from this mess of a company.

PS I just read the Generic/Bot reply from Goigi.

They claimed that they don’t have any record of contacting me which is a pathetic lie. On Friday last week, I received 27 calls from them. I ended up, blocking them from calling me further. As mentioned previously, Read the one-star reviews here as they are truthful, and the five-star reviews are fabricated.

You will regret hiring this company.

I just read the reply from Goigi. This is not only generic it is bot-generated.

This company is full of liars. Last Friday I received more than 20 calls from them. I asked them kindly to please stop, instead the calls increased.

Again, read the 1-star reviews, these are truthful and the 5-star reviews are fabricated.

I just received a call from some guy at Goigi. He denied anyone from Goigi calling me and basically called me a liar. When I told him I had proof on my caller ID he continued to argue. Every time I would speak he would interrupt. At some point, I got angry and swore and then he said something about God punishing or listening, etc.

This company is a mess and not to be trusted.

Why would I and others say these things unless they are true? I have better things to do than to fabricate this review.

By the way the guy rudely hung up after all of his blah, blah.

Criminals. Over promise capabilities, they will pressure payment before the end of the month to pay their employees, which doesn't make sense. They have NOT done any work and they are pressuring for money. Wait to they hound you to make the payment and want to guy you to make the payment. Even if making payments by credit card, they use a cash advance company to take payment, so you don't have any capability of disputing charges. Gustov is a General Mananager, but he will be on calls to collect money, so that shows his focus. You will see everything I say become the truth. Their project managers don't know anything and their developer has over 30 projects to do at the same time that is why they are very slow. I paid them a deposit, and they took a week to just make a snapshot of what the pay would look like, and then they asked for another 1/3 payment of the project. For technical capability, they showed they had developed the ability, but what they did was show a video from a supplier. They acted like they were demonstrating their capability, but they were just playing a video. The original quote was $1500 grew to just south of $10k. Also, they call you like crazy even if you tell them to call in 2 months, they are constantly calling. If you read their Google Reviews they 5 star reviews from their employees who say it a good place to work. Gustuv brags that he employees over 300 people, but that is a lie. I can talk to 2-3 other people and they say different numbers 90, 190, or 390. They have more people in their sales department than development. I even brought up his bad reviews, and he said he didn't care about reviews, and tried to justify that it is customers not paying for changes, or customers slow to provide information. Don't get ripped off.

A great work done for our AI Project for our business. These tech folks and engineers of Goigi really impressed me a lot with thier work where initially was having bit of trust issues but finally and gradually team goigi won my trust with their quality work. I am very happy and now discussing a new project with them.
I highly recommend Goigi to those who are seeing this. The project manager along with the team was very informative and a great technical knowledgeable person who understood the requirements very quickly, elaborated me verbally nicely, gave sow, signed contract and awared them the project. Finally the got the project delivered in few months. Even me and my partners & stake holders are too impressed with the level of customer service. Happy so far with my web and mobile app project, though it took a bit long time for goigi team to develop it as I was sporadic on email interactions but the online meeting calls on zoom went well and I am happy to see my project live. I am giving 5 stars and will suggest everyone that goigi is a right team to have website and mobile app projects but make sure to reply to their email on time and to attend their online meeting invites on time.
