Fantastic service from Michelle Reed today.

A friend took my disabled husband into Gold Arts, the Lanes, Brighton to get my engagement ring checked and cleaned in advance of our wedding anniversary.

Not only did the get a chair for my husband to sit on as he can be very wobbly on his legs but managed to check it over and cleaned there and then.

I can’t believe how sparkly the whole ring looks.

One of the best jewellery shops in The Lanes. Competitively priced jewellery and lovely helpful staff who do not pressurise their customers make for a really enjoyable experience. Have bought and sold several items here over the past 15 years. Highly recommended.

The necklace locket and charm were received very well packed and beautifully presented very efficiently and quickly posted and arrived in plenty of time for my daughters birthday
I cannot thank you enough for being able to present them to her on her 60th birthday

The stock has excellent quality stock which is lovely to have in Eastbourne.

Called in with a vintage identity bracelet that had some charms on that I wanted removing. I was expecting to leave it there but was told it could be done there and then. 2 minutes later it was done. And really it couldn’t have been cheaper! I was speechless. Highly recommended 🙏🏻😊

I inherited my mums ring, which might not be at a premium but for me it is priceless!

As it was 2 sizes too big and well loved it needed re-sizing and a good polish.

I reached out to Gold Arts and they absolutely understood the sentimental value of my mums ring and they took care of it.

The finished ring fits perfectly and it looks stunning! I’m over the moon!

Beautifully packaged. Really happy. A little hick up with the Royal Mail delivery timing but Gold Arts were really helpful.

While in Hove, having ventured across from Cooden Beach, I visited George Street and stumbled across Gold Arts with a vast array of high-end second hand watches at good prices.

I did have to use a bell to enter, and had a swift look around. The staff were welcoming and smiling, attentive without being pushy.

I wish I had more time, but can always visit again. Recommended.

Super helpful and competent staff made good my self done watch battery change by successfully replacing the watch back - there's a machine for it! No charge made and they are always our first destination when we need a jeweller! George St Hove

Fantastic service from Gold Arts Brighton. Insurance valuation portfolio was very thorough, including photographs and very detailed assessment for each piece. I’ve been going to Gold Arts for years after a recommendation from a friend who is a jeweller. They have been brilliant in remodelling old jewellery that I no longer wear, as well as custom making new items.
Last Saturday I went in with a couple of items that needed work, which the lovely Michelle helped me with and whilst I was there one of their fabulous Goldsmith’s (Joseph) very kindly straightened out my gold bangle and repolished it. It literally looks brand new!

Bought the 9ct gold chain with an initial in gold and diamonds. The recipient was delighted with their gift. The size is lovely as it is neat but big enough to see what it is. The thickness of the chain looks substantial compared to others I had been looking at. It catches the light so the overall effect is really pretty and stylish. It was well packaged too. Very pleased with the purchase.

I’ve used Worthing Gold Arts a few times now for purchases and repairs. Top notch service every time. Friendly and welcoming staff and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be using again when I can/need to.
