Quickest and easiest to use service out there IMHO. They are a pleasure to do business with. If only all companies were run this well.

After recommendations via maneco64, online reviews and related due diligence, I made a substantial purchase via Gold Investments Ltd, opting for storage.

Having never dealt with this company before, the value of goods involved and the associated transfer of funds, I was understandably 'twitchy' to say the least.

Having now met Simon Temple in person (and Oliver Temple via phone and e-mail) I can say that they are both reliable and honest brokers with a wealth of information on the gold market and investment strategies.

A very straightforward and honest company to deal with. Looking forward to future business with them.

The company honoured the contract by delivering the full amount of physical silver I ordered - that has to count for something in the febrile precious metals environment of Autumn 2025.
Another positive of my experience of Gold Investments was that they gave the option of Royal Mail special delivery (it is the one Royal Mail service I still have faith in): I'm not sure I would have gone through with the purchase if doing so would have involved worrying about DPD just leaving the package on my doorstep...
The only negative to report is the fact of despatch of my order being two days later than was indicated on the website when I made the purchase. (That may well be understandable in the circumstances, but it did introduce anxiety until I received Royal Mail's notification of impending delivery.

Excellent experience. Ordered coins on-line late afternoon, had clear instructions emailed straightaway for the BACS payment details, further communication to say funds had cleared later that evening, then dispatch notification the next morning. Could not fault anything. Very happy with coins, securely and discreetly packaged and prompt delivery with signature. I will be using Gold Investments again and I have recommended them to others.

Having watched Maneco64 on youtube who recommended this UK company for gold investments I looked them up and was tempted.
They have been very professional and helpful so have no problem recommending to others for their services.
