Unbelievable service!
Their gold pack was sent out very quickly to me. I was made an offer the morning after I sent the gold to them in their pre paid pack. It was a great offer which I accepted by email. Within 15 minutes of my acceptance the monies were in my account. So efficient and easy. Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Like others I was a little wary about selling my jewellery online. However, after much research I quickly realised that online buyers were offering far higher prices than the on street jewellers. GoldMonkeys prices and process looked attractive online compared with some of their online competition. I chatted with Michael online who gave me a quote there and then which he fixed such that it wouldn't go down and with the promise that if gold prices went up I would get the higher price along with a £10 bonus for a speedy return. With free postage included I knew that I would not find a better or fairer deal. Indeed within 2 days of posting off my gold in the supplied, insured envelope, Michael contacted me with a higher price than the initial quote as he advised me that the gold price had indeed increased over the preceding 24hours. The money was transferred to my account same day. GoldMonkeys are a very fair, open and honest company with great communication. I am already planning on looking out some more gold jewellery that I no longer wear to send to them. I have no hesitation in recommending them and Michael for making the process so easy and reassuring.

Positive experience
I had some old gold jewellery/scrap to sell and decided to try selling it on line. After doing a Google search I found GoldMonkey, who had a lot of positive reviews on trustpilot, so decided to try them. I filled in my details online and received their return envelope within a couple of days. I posted my gold and received an email from Michael within a couple of days. I was happy with the amount he quoted. Once confirmed the money went into my account within a few hours. Very quick, efficient and most importantly trustworthy and reliable service. I will use them again when I have old jewellery to sell.

My local post office insisted I paid for postage even though the envelope stated payment paid on receipt contacted goldmonkeys and they said they would refund postage. posted tuesday morning .Money in bank friday morning including refunded postage. excellant service
