I must admit even after reading the reviews I was still apprehensive. I needn't have been, I ordered a gold wedding band for my husband, it arrived in a lovely box, with bag and cleaning cloth. The ring is stunning and you wouldn't know it was preloved. The post was very fast and it was well packed. Many thanks, would definitely recommend.

We were served by a lady called 'Kay' who was very polite and explained everything about the different types (carat) of gold we brought in and difference in price etc.
The whole visit to their shop in Swansea market was painless and very professional - a good price offered and accepted.

I’d heard about Gold Reserves Swansea from a couple of people, but I was always unsure how the process works selling gold. After having a clear out of old and broken jewellery that had been sitting in my bedside table drawer for years I finally found a spare morning where I could pop down and give them a visit.
The lady I spoke to was named Dawn and she explained the whole process to me, then took my gold to be inspected and weighed. I was with my little boy and he was very interested in all the shiny things, and Dawn was nothing but kind and sweet towards him.
She then told me the price would be almost £350- I totally didn’t expect to get that much! We’re saving for a big family holiday to Disneyland in August so this will be a massive help towards it. The process was super simple and the bank transfer was done the same day.

Thanks Dawn for taking out the anxiety of the process for me, being kind to my little boy and she even gave me a little polishing cloth to take home for the silver I had too.

I’d definitely reccomend them to others looking to sell their gold as their customer service was fantastic.
